Joe was very helpful in selecting my new large area rug. I had something in mind and he led me right to them and there were so many style and color choices! He couldn't have been nicer to work with.
They are well-priced and have rugs for every budget. (I sound like an ad - but I'm just a new fan.) I'll definitely start here if I need a new rug for our home! SHOP LOCAL!

So I came in here about 7 years ago and bought a rug that was very expensive. The rug did not hold up and I later found it much cheaper at another store and was kind of upset. My husband really wanted to go in this store today so I went.
To all my yelpers out there not much is changed...
The place has a huge selection but I would have to say 60% of the rugs seem outdated. Stuff I would have seen in my grandmother's house 20 years ago before she died.
I seriously will never go back to this place every time it here a huge disappointment. Now watch out for their red yellow and blue tags

If you're ok with paying $2,000 for a rug that you can get in downtown LA for $200 this is the place for you. Very thin rugs here are wayyyy overpriced. Have a nice plush rug that we got in LA 8 years ago that still feels nicer than 90% of what we saw in here. There's a reason that this place is always X amount of % off

This place is GREAT! It's like walking through the pages of Wayfair. I've never seen so many rugs - of all kinds! Oriental, modern, outdoor, fluffy, small, giant - it's awesome! The guys there are also SUPER helpful and helped me to pick out the perfect rug. They were super sweet and quickly put the ones I was deciding between on the ground for me and explained the differences in fabrics/make/etc. They even easily folded up my 9x13 rug and put it in my trunk! I kid you not!
This will definitely be my go-to place from now on. Don't bother trying to pick the perfect

They put ads on Craigslist disguised as moving away or estates sale, no business name, you have to call/text to get address, then find out it's a business. What a dishonest business from the get go, wasting people's time, many people just walk away and I would not deal with a scamming business like this, who knows what else they'll do.

I was a little worried when I walked in..I thought "here it comes...like a car lot"...salesmen running up asking if they could help...but it was very low pressure. The staff is is very nice and knowledgeable.
I hate buying stuff online so I really needed to see and feel the area rugs. There are very few places with the selection RugsPLUS offers. They will take any rug off the hanger and let you walk on it. They have catalogs of rugs they may not have in the store or different sizes.
I left with a rug but after determining it was the wrong size, I returned it the next day. They were

Rugs Plus is an Absolutely Phenomenal place!! Not sure who designed the inside but wow!! What a selection of pieces!! I wish I could give Rugs Plus ten stars! Ghandi was extremely professional and provided high quality work. He obviously knows the rug business and has a passion for it. After a search around local rug stores, we found Rugs+. It seemed right in our comfort zone (you get me if you've looked through containers for a rug, or shabby places with no organization and stuff laying all over, or both). Guy, the GM was just the best. He showed us around the labyrinth of rug displays but the key was to show him a picture of what we were looking for. After we had a wander around the various areas, he came back to us with his find, exactly what we wanted. We went home and measured up and ordered a selection of a big rug and some smaller ones. My husband and I came here on a whim after looking for a new rug for our bedroom area. We had shopped around at Ikea, Home Goods, HD Buttercup, and a few other furniture stores but had problems finding a decently priced rug that would fit under our Cal King bed frame.
They've got rugs, rugs, and rugs here! It's like a Costco sized warehouse of rugs here. We came on a Sunday evening, about an hour from closing time. There were still a few people shopping around at the same time as us. The salesmen here are very friendly, not pushy, and can answer any questions you have.

They have had an incredible selection of many rugs. I found they're pricing was a little bit high than some online rugs. They have a sign that says will match any Internet price. To safe some money - when you go there find a rug that you like, find out the manufacturer name or carpet you like. Than and do some searching the Internet searching for the run you like. If you are able to find a the same run at a lower price, they should match it that price for you :-)
