The Customer Service is terrible. I asked for 2 bedrooms of my 3 bedroom house to be cleaned, and selected the two bedroom/bath cleaning option on the website.
I don't use the third bedroom often so it doesn't need to be cleaned regularly. I also put this information in my specialized instructions note. I then was accused of defrauding them and taking advantage of them because the cleaner cleaned the whole house. This seems like a simple mistake and miscommunication on the service's part and when I tried to ask them how they'd like me to resolve it, I got more accusations

Maid Complete failed twice to get my apartment cleaned in Seattle area. The initial cleaning service did not get done because the cleaner's car broke down. We were notified only an hour before the appointment, but this was after my family member had driven up to Seattle from Portland and was waiting for the cleaner to arrive. The company called us to either re-schedule or cancel the appointment, but did not offer to make amends. We ended up canceling initially, but decided to give them a second chance. The second time around, they offered us discount which I appreciated so we re-scheduled

I paid for a full price move out cleaning service and was very dissatisfied with the service. I was told before booking that cleaning will cover blinds, window railings, cobwebs, kitchen cabinets. None of the blinds were cleaned, the window railings were simply wiped on the closed side of the window and not touched at all on the open side, the kitchen cabinets still had dirt inside, microwave door was not cleaned on the inside. Lampshades weren't dusted. Our toilet was clogged and trashed by the cleaning team, it took us several flushes and plunges to get water moving through. Our laundry

he rented from my Mom when he moved out. Very easy to schedule on-line, was able to schedule the date I wanted, no phone hassles. They were on time and did a very thorough job (as inspected by my very picky Mom) and were courteous and professional. I am going to use Maid Complete for my own home weekly cleaning.

We have had a great experience with Maid Complete! On time, flexibility on booking, & discounts on monthly cleanings. Terrell was great, very detailed, and on time. He was very thorough and took extra time around the stove and microwave and other areas that get a lot of use. It is easy to book online or call if you need to adjust your monthly cleanings.

I requested service for my move out and the cleaning was more than I could have asked for. The price was very reasonable and the cleaners did an AMAZING job. I shopped around but with the great ratings on Yelp, I had to try out their service and I absolutely have no regrets. The carpets and windows were very clean, the granite countertops were wiped so clean they shined, and the refrigerator and oven (for a small extra fee) were thoroughly cleaned. I might even consider them for regular biweekly or monthly cleaning at our new place. Thank you for the superb service.

We used Maid Complete for weekly house cleaning for a couple months after moving to Seattle. My impression is that most of the current reviews are for a one-time cleaning, not weekly or bi-weekly cleaning. Maid Complete is a good option for a one-time cleaning, however, they are not well set up for those looking for an ongoing service.
When hiring a cleaner we generally plan to be home for the first couple cleans, to answer questions and make sure they know the house. After that, we expect that a cleaner will have a key to let themselves in and will know their way around our place. With Maid

I have bounced around from cleaning service to cleaning service over the years, and have never settled on any one who we truly loved. I checked Yelp and Maid Complete had the best ratings, so I thought I would give them a try.
First of all, INCREDIBLY easy online booking. I couldn't believe that someone was available on a Friday, right before I was due to go out of town for the weekend. I had some friends tell me they were coming to town with very little notice. I shopped around for a cleaning service and Maid Complete was willing to schedule me on Wednesday for a Friday morning appointment. Thanks!
Terrell arrived early in the morning and cleaned until minutes before my friends arrived. He did such a good job and I know if he had more time he would have done even more. I plan to use the service monthly in the future and hope Terrell will return.

I decided to give myself the gift of someone else cleaning my apartment, especially because after a neck injury from a car accident and then a surgery in December I had only surface cleaned for months. Terrell arrived exactly on time, was delightful, and did a spectacular job. I was away for most of the day and while Terrell was still working when I arrived home it was very comfortable and easy due to his pleasant and positive personality. Wonderful! I hired Maid Complete because I could schedule a next day appointment online and I'm so glad I did. I just needed a one-time cleaning because things had gotten a little out of control. I won't tell you what color my surfaces were or how much was in that dust pan after they swept but I will tell you my condo looks amazing! I have a 1 bed/ 1 ba condo, the team was in and out in about an hour. I work from home, they were quiet and efficient and I'm really glad I had them come over. Thank you!! :)

I hired Maid Complete because my boyfriend and I both have been doing a ton of overtime and have had no time to clean and we were very unhappy coming home to a mess all the time, so we called them up and their cleaning team did an amazing job! The carpet looks like new again(which is saying a lot!) and my cat and boyfriend are much happier, as am I!

I just want to give MAJOR props to the gals that did my house yesterday. Just to start things off, my dog was absolutely horrible to them (and I really am so sorry about that - it was very unexpected and outside her normal character). They were so relaxed and understanding about the situation and then, after having to start late because of the doggie incident, went on to do an AMAZING job with my house. Great service. I had a little issues with booking at first but their customer service team was able to quickly fix the problem for me. The day of the cleaning, the maids came 10 minutes early and did a walk through with me of the home. Very friendly and their cleaning products made my friend's home smell great at the end. Would definitely use again. Highlight of my experience was their customer service. Very, very friendly and helpful.

If there was a (-1) rating, I'd have rated this company as such. What a HORRIBLE experience! My boyfriend bought me a deep cleaning for my 1200 sq ft home, to the tune of $314. I added on $30 to have the inside of my kitchen cabinets cleaned. The crew showed up on time, but after 4 1/2 hours (2 of which we left our home, as to be out of their way), they did NO dusting at all, no sort of deep cleaning, no cleaning of the inside of the cupboards, my windows were all smeared as if they'd been cleaned with dirty water, and the outside of the microwave and dishwasher were dirty!
