Absolutely phenomenal service. Some of the most professional and nice people to work with. They not only did what we needed done but they also gave us a lot of tips and recommendations to further extend the life of our septic systems. Highly recommend using Double JP Septic. Awesome service answer informative.

Other companies do the job and leave, these guys were educational and informative. Definitely will be using them again especially since we will need installations in the future. As a family-owned and operated business, we provide fast, courteous, and efficient residential septic pumping, real estate inspections, and installations.

If you are looking for honest, professional, ethical and just overall the best customer service you can get, then this is the company you want to call. They came highly recommended as a small family business, and they did not disappoint me. Clear communication all the way, they got everything ready for permitting and kept me informed all the way in the process. I am glad I was able to find and support a local contractor and I will recommend their services without hesitation. I got a brand new septic system and now I don't have to worry about a failing septic. Thanks Double JP!

Double JP came out to inspect my septic system and it was a pleasure working with them. Jim was been very polite, honest and professional. My experience with Double JP was extremely pleasant from the beginning to the end. I love supporting family owned businesses and they made it super easy to do so. I called a few other businesses to check prices and not only was Double JP cheaper, they were most responsive and friendly. They were able to come out within a few business days which was quicker than expected. While our tank was being pumped they educated us on what was best for our septic system. I will continue to use Double JP.

This was my first time ever having to find someone to work on my septic system. I’m so thankful that I choose this company because Jim was honest up front about what work may or may not needed to be done, so I felt comfortable about him not overcharging or replacing anything that didn’t need to be replaced. He also explained to us what we needed to do to prevent any issues. They were very professional and respectful on my property and left it looking better then before they came. I’m so thankful they gave someone like me, a first timer, a good experience.

I asked Double JP Septic Pumping for a quote last year and just called (1 year later) to get a new quote and was pleasantly surprise the price had only gone up $10 in a year! I scheduled with Julie for next day service. So far, I'm a happy camper with JP Septic. Will report more after tomorrows' service with Jim and/or Hayden. :)

UPDATE: Jim called as promised and arrived as promised. He and another did exactly what they needed to do to get our 23 year old tank pumped. Julie mentioned they may need to dig to find "tops" for entry; I thought they wouldn't, she gave me the

Wonderful company! Talked to a female on the phone who was very sweet and got them to come out that day! The two guys who showed up were very sweet and respectful. The tank had not been cleaned in 10-15 years due to an oversight from our inspector, so it was filthy. Plus it was hot. The guys did a great job and told me how to maintenance it, etc. Will definitely be using them the next time!
