Don’t use Affordable Septic out of Bastrop. Not only did they not complete the job of simply replacing the cap on my septic, but they charged me $400 for a service call. Yes- SERVICE CALL $400-that did not include parts. And they left saying it was fixed and complete but it wasn’t. 😡🤬

Had them out to replace a pump and they installed an undersized one. Called to tell them that new pump wasn’t working and they tried to sell me on a new drainfield for $10,000. I replaced their pump with larger one and everything worked great. Have tried contacting them since numerous times with no answer. If you decide to use this company I would recommend getting a second opinion

We needed to have our septic serviced this year. I called Affordable Septic to schedule a time and day. They were awesome throughout the whole process. We happened to be out of town while they completed the service which made me a little nervous about not being there. When we returned it was as though they had not been here.

They were fast and very courteous. I called them after hours and they still came to help me with my septic tank issue. They were very friendly the whole time and never treated me like I was an inconvenience. I recommend these guys to everyone and will tell all my friends to call them if they need this service. The price was really reasonable And for someone that knows nothing about septic tanks and things they showed me! THANKS, GUYS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
