The team was exceptional. My entire condo was in desperate need of painting and from the first day I was able to feel confident that they could be trusted. The few minor glitches were remedied easily, as they accommodated everything I asked for. I can't speak to "value" because I didn't do any price comparison. Still, I'd easily recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of work.

Jeremy and Illinois Restoration took our horrible situation and made it right. Thank heavens I called them when I first realized the disaster going on in my home. I was always kept in the loop and Jeremy made sure the insurance company did not take advantage of us. The quality of work was excellent. Some of my neighbors were not as lucky. Two of them needed Illinois Restoration to come in and complete sub par work of other companies.

I lost power one night and the battery back up on the sump pump failed. This resulted in my basement having about 6 to 7 inches of standing water in it. I called Illinois restoration and after explaining the situation to them they told me that someone was on the way with equipment to pump the water out and to start the drying process once the water was out. They showed up within the hour and in about 40 mins they had all the water out of the basement and started the drying process. Mr. Lohrens was at the house until about midnight making sure that everything was going smooth, he also came back

Replace original roof on house that was 25 years old. Roofing job was more than basic as the roof had 14 skylights installed when house was built. One skylight was leaking and many were foggy.
