We prefer "GREEN" remediation chemicals but Depending on each situation we might use ozone, ammonium, hypochlorite, thymol, or sodium carbonite to eliminate all spores. I called to get an estimate for possible mold removal from our home. I was connected to a woman who sounded annoyed. I was asking her a couple questions about company. I went on to ask what her name was... like I do with any company Im researching to work with. Then she hung up on me. I would not go with this company due to lack of professionalism.
