I love going to Audi Roanoke! They always treat me superbly. I always feel like I am their #1 customer. I suddenly had a strange noise as i was going down the road. Despite being super busy they fit me in and checked everything plus washed my car at no charge. I reccomend Audi Roanoke to anyone and everyone!

Exceptional customer service from start to finish at Audi Roanoke. I love this Audi dealership's service department. Every time I've required service for my Audi, they are waiting for me when I arrive, and they are very courteous and professional. The waiting area includes a small, quiet office area where I can get some work done while I wait. The maintenance I've had done has taken a reasonable amount of time and they provide a complimentary car wash each time. I highly recommend Audi Roanoke.

Great service experience! I made my appointment for a recall service a few weeks in advance and when the time came to drop my car off everything was in order and they were ready for me. Jason was communicative about the status of the work and set me up with a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. Given past experiences at other dealers I had no expectation of this level of service for a recall repair that was at no cost to me. I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks again!
