Willie Wells, took care of us during the process of buying our RDX. He allowed us to take our time to thoroughly examine the car. Mr. Wells, specifically looks out for his customers.
The finalized buying process took place at the Mercedes dealership. The staff there were helpful. They were not too extremely pushy (us knowing they want to make more on vehicles they sell).
In the end we walked away with a very fair priced (according to KBB) vehicle. The customer care at both locations we're great.

Had a great experience. Drove 1.5 hours to get there and had a lot to take in with all the luxury brands. Settled on an Infiniti Q60 Red Line. Everyone I met was patient and super accommodating. Bill at Mercedes Benz and Corey Infiniti were so easy to work with...no pressure. I will buy my next vehicle from them, too!

My experience with Crossroads Volvo was great. My salesman Gregg Sparks was very patient and informative from beginning to end. I did not purchase a Volvo and Greg explained the features on the car in detail. After that we went on a nice test drive even though it was close to closing time. I didn't feel rushed at all. I would absolutely refer this dealership and my salesman to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Great customer service all around!!!

I recently purchased my new Infiniti FX35 from Crossroads in Roanoke. I must say that this was by far the best car shopping experience that I have ever had. The sales staff was quick to satisfy any questions or concerns that I had, before and after the sale. I had no difficulty coming to an extremely fair price prior to my delivery date. I will be going back to them for future purchases; this place was a real find. If they continue to do business in the same manner that I was dealt with they will be in business for many years to come.
