The customer service is really bad. I went to order a door and I took my own measurements. The women sitting down at the front office didn't welcome me or talk to me until I approached the desk and told her I wanted to order a door. She was going back and forward to another room asking question to another person until the other person came out of the room to answer my questions with an attitude. Finally I was able to placed the order and it was Monday, she said the doors were going to be ready by Wednesday and they were going to call me. Well we got to Friday and no doors and no call for 5 days

Great company to deal with at first until they sent me the estimate and demanded 1/2 down before the product was ordered or the job complete. The gentleman wanted me to give him my credit card number over the phone. Sorry but huge red flag! Moving on with a reliable company that collects payment after they complete the job.

I bought new build June 2017. They installed glass shower. They refuse to warranty thier glass exploded on its own and frame being popped off the wall with little to no silicone. There are definitely imperfections you can see with the glass seams on the remaining glass that didn't explode. They wouldn't honor replacing the one side. Dont use them. I've dealt with warranty with my builder this year with no issues. Do not use.
