If you are considering new windows this is hands down the best company in our area to get them from. Joe is a trip,everyone should experience this man atleast once in their life. Not only is he an owner but he also works with the install crew and will be there thru your entire project. You will not get the service and personal touch that they offer from anywhere else. The windows are excellent, the final product is beautiful, and the install went very smoothly. I'm so happy I called Cuyahoga Falls Replacement Windows, Joe, John and Hunter were amazing!! Very professional installers. Joe makes it fun for his workers by singing and made it enjoyable for me as well. There prices are very reasonable for the quality of work that they do. I can proudly day I have the nicest looking house in my city block thanks to all of them. Don't waste time calling anyone else.

We have had MANY windows and doors replaced by CFRW and they are wonderful! ... Joe and his crew are so nice and do an expert job every time... I love my windows! ... and when they are finished with the install, they really clean up afterwards, always leaving my places immaculate (usually cleaner than before they got here. LOL!)

Nice job BUT the screws holding the black handle on the white door did not match. Handle is black. The top screw holding handle was black as it should be--but the bottom screw was bright white it does not match what a disappointment.. When I called to ask to have it corrected I was told to buy black paint or try putting on black marker myself!!!! Very disappointed! Is this the customer service they offer now--fix it YOUR SELf.
