Dreaming of being a fashion designer, Cheryl focused her studies on apparel design, tailoring, sewing and weaving techniques. Cheryl Podobnik graduated with a degree in consumer services, majoring in fabrics, textiles and design; with a business concentration and a minor in art. Upon graduating, she realized that she could utilize her knowledge of couture in designing for windows to create unique and beautiful design treatments.
Thus, Window Imagination by Cheryl was established in 1989. Cheryl has developed lifelong clients in her 41 years of experience in her own creative style. Services
Cheryl has become a certified On-Site technician after completing her training at one of the On-Site facilities in North Carolina. She is recommended to service all Hunter-Douglas products. On-Site prepares their technicians to fully clean window treatments that before could not be serviced unless removed from the facility.
I am Cheryl Podobnik, a Certified Fabricare Specialist, I can clean most types of fabric shades using an injection / extraction method of cleaning. I wanted to talk about a problem concerning moisture condensation on windows. Due to the extensive amount of cold weather we have been experiencing, damages can start to appear on shades or curtains close to the glass.
