We had a water back up in the basement while my wife was showering.
It was more water than we had experienced in the past when we had a back up.
We called GoDirect and they were able to send Erick out the next morning.
Erick arrived early in the 9-11 am window they had given us and got right to work first by using a camera to scope the main drain line and make sure that was the problem. It was as there were tree roots mostly blocking the pipe in a few places.
Erick then began to use the snake (rooter) to unclog the pipe. He finished one run and then used the camera again to find the roots weren

I had an old ductile iron floor drain in my basement that became almost completely clogged by rusting in. This was a result of our soft water system back flushing into that drain. Two other companies wanted to charge me 12k+ to completely replace the line which would of included having to demo a portion of the bathroom in the basement. The house was built in the 70's before builders new how bad the clay in Colorado destroys foundations. The rest of the house still sewers just fine but the snake camera showed a portion of the service line under the house had settled which would hold a small amount

In April, 2021 we put a contract on this house which failed the sewer line inspection. Our sewer line had 3 problems: cap broken in basement, the sewer line extended 160 feet to the main connection in the street which had a dip into it, plus there was no external access to the sewer line! The work had to be completed before the close date. Needless to say, this was all very stressful. Go Direct was recommended by the realtor. They analyzed the situation, came back with a very competitive bid, and squeezed the job in for the deadline closing date. They even managed the concrete repair in the driveway

Luis Ramos came out and was fantastic and thorough with his work. i had other plumbing companies come out and they tried and could not get the line cleared. Luis stayed with it and got it cleaned out all the way to the main line. Luis is is very knowledgeable and kept the area clean during his work. I will recommend Go Direct Plumbing Sewer and Water to everyone I know. The price was very good and cheaper than others who could not get the job done! I was referred to this company by my real estate agent and overall had a good experience. They were able to schedule an entire sewer replacement for a house I purchased before I moved in and on a short schedule. The crew showed up on time and completed the work within a week for a fair price. We hired this company to come out and do a sewer scope on a rental property that we just went under contract on. They came out and then sent an invoice with a recommended follow up procedure. No price, no explanation of why or what what it was. I emailed back, thanking them for coming out and asking the price on the recommended follow up work. I received an email back saying it's $1,100, again with no explanation of why or what exactly it entailed. I had Go Direct Plumbing come out to our home today to do one of their advertised $79 scope and clean out specials. Erick was prompt, courteous, and very thorough through all aspects of the job. My scheduled window was between 10 am and noon and he was here right around 9:55. While he was scoping our sewer line he made sure I understood exactly what we were looking at on the monitor and answered any questions I had. Also offered up friendly conversation while I observed. I used Erick twice in August for 2 rental properties. The work was to view the sewer lines for problems. 1st location no problems encountered .
2nd location found cracks near the tap and roots not bad enough yet to deal with now. There costs are reasonable, they are prompt and wear a mask. I would use their service again.

I have to deal with contractors routinely between living in an 1800's house as well as owning investment property. You know how many times a contractor has truly exceeded my expectations? A handful of times in many years - Go Direct is one of them.
I hired them to replace our 1/2" lead service line with a 1" (copper) from the house to the main (not just to the meter). Their pricing was fair compared against numerous other bids. They had a huge crew and did almost everything in one day (had to return the following morning to seal up the opening in the road).

Go Direct was great from the start. It was just a random interned find for me, but I do my research and they made it to my 3 estimates list. Luis was super nice, professional, on time and just a nice guy. A real straight up no nonsense, but personale guy. 135 feet of 40+ year old sewer line was replaced with new continuous feed pipe using the "blast" method. Worked like a charm. Water turned off around 9 am and back on before 3 pm. Our yard was left in better shape than when the crew started. Overall, a good experience and we can go forward not worrying about a backed-up sewer.

Our basement drain was backing up. The plumber came out and looked at the basement drain and ended up running a camera through our lines. Said we had some minor build up but nothing to be concerned about. 4 days later the drain backed up with all sorts of black material with a foul odor. I called Go Direct and they scheduled someone to come out 2 days later and provided me a 2 hour window. They never showed up. Needless to say, we are trying to get a refund and will be calling someone else.

They offer free estimates unlike a lot of other companies that tend to overcharge just to look at things let alone to come out and fix things.

Go Direct has been doing excellent work for us for last few years. Louis is always polite and punctual in providing the services we need, which has included drain rooting to full replacement of 2 sewer lines. All permits are pulled, skilled workers on the job, and they look out for and take care of our surrounding property. The price is very competitive and a good value for the quality work they do. I was plagued by plumbing problems this week, and had been staying at a hotel after a plumber wasn't able to get through a clogged sewer line. This plumber was also quoting me exorbitant amounts to either install a clean out pipe, or replace the sewer line. And all of it was happening leading up to 4th of July. If installing a clean out pipe didn't work, so he could run a jetter, then he'd have to excavate the front yard within days to install a new pipe. This would surely mean that I would have to stay at a hotel for another week or two while he assembled a team to do the work

Waking up to a backed up sewer is not the way to start your day. Luckily, GoDirect was able to squeeze us into their already busy schedule and clear the line. They videoed the sewer line which showed a mass of tree roots and a broken line. They returned a couple of days later and replaced the broken section. Videoing of the sewer line was again done, which showed a 'clean' line and the new section. Price was reasonable. I got five bids for putting a new sewer line from my property to the City's line in the street. Go Direct was a little lower than three of my other bids, and half the high bid. I was very stressed out dealing with a situation in our new home with clogged pipes in my daughters sink in the basement. I ran across a really funny Facebook ad for Go Direct and loved the content so I figured I would go with them. I spoke with Jennifer who does marketing for Go Direct and she was so helpful and very caring. She immediately sent me the info to be able to call Go Direct and we had someone come out the next day! Sadly I hired Go Direct to replace my main water line. They were super cheap at $3500.
The old saying of you get what you pay for never rings louder.
As planned, they started to pull the old galvanized line, unbeknownst to me the pipe broke and they brought in an excavator and dug a trench completely trashing out my sprinkler system or anything else that was in the path and left without informing me of the damage they caused.
Only one of the workers spoke broken English, all others were strictly Spanish speaking

They were able to come out right away and were able to tell me that the problem was one I could easily solve by buying a 40 dollar replacement part at a hardware store. He told me that he would also happily do it but that the standard price for installation was 500 dollars. It is rare that someone will tell you the best solution instead of just the one that most benefits their company and I know who I'll be calling for all my future plumping needs!

I had a 17 foot underbelly in my sewer line that was 16 feet under the road in front of my house. After about 5 quotes, Go Direct was the most affordable. They came the day it was scheduled and completed the repair in one day. Their workers were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. A couple days later they came and applied the asphalt to the road. Very happy with their work and they were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend using them for sewer repairs.

I called GoDirect to come and unclog my main drain. He quoted me a price before coming out the next morning. I think his name was Luis. He got my drain unclogged and scoped the drain for me because I had a hunch I needed the clay pipe replaced. The scope was included in the price that was quoted upfront. He never added additional charges. The price he quoted was the price I paid. And it was lower than some places charge for a scope or a drain cleaning. He did both for Hi one low price! Do not use this business. My review keeps being taking down. I have no idea why, because it follows Yelps guidelines. Looking at the fact that they only have "5 star" reviews, I can't help but think that Go Direct somehow is being able to remove the bad reviews. Long story short - They caused many issue during the job, hassle to get them to fix , or take financial responsibility.

I recently had Go Direct replace my entire sewer connection. Excellent service from start to finish. And they were cheaper than the other estimates I received by far.
The project manager Luis was very polite, professional and knew his craft. He accurately located the key points of my line with the camera locator: transition from cast to clay pipe, location of blockage. (The other company I called for locate did not do this, they only located the blockage and assumed they could find the exit from the house.)
And Go Direct did the camera locate for free because it was part of the estimate
