Triple S came to the rescue. It was late Saturday afternoon and we needed someone quick to unclog a main sewer line that was starting to flood the bathroom.
We called a couple of friends to ask for a referral and they both recommended Triple SSS. This was the first time we used Triple S and we are 100% satisfied with their professionalism, responsiveness and quality work...all at a great value.

I can't say enough about how great Triple S is. We have used them twice now and both times they were unbelievably professional, prompt and always cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed and done right. Rick runs an excellent business, he remembered our previous job and was able to get his crew out quickly to fix our main line issues. Carlos and Anthony were great. Carlos showed up in an amazing Christmas sweater to do the job. I've never felt under dressed when a plumber has showed up to the house. You do not need to shop around and get multiple quotes. Awesome work from Tripple S, honest and very competitive pricing. Working on selling my house so I had my sewer main hydro jetted and video scoped, they left my sewer main looking super CLEAN! Don't pay another plumber to clear your sewer line, like I did; pay a little more and have Triple S do the job right the first time! Their owner, Desiree, handles all service calls and was very empathetic and understanding of what needed to be done and the urgency involved. Finally, the service technicians were prompt, courteous and most importantly effective in clearing the clogged sewer line!

Mike and Carlos were absolutely exceptional (and of course, Desiree in the office is always wonderful!) I had a backed up toilet/shower drain while I have company visiting, because of course that's when it always happens. I called at 10:30, and Mike and Carlos were out by 2:30! They went above and beyond just cleaning out the drain--also replacing the wax toilet ring, and cleaning up the shower (thank goodness!!) Not only that, they were absolutely delightful!! Clearly enjoy their work and are true professionals! Great service, great price, and the reason I keep going back to them!

My husband and I were panicked when we discovered leaking pipe in our basement. We had called another company and were quoted a price that was outrageous. So we called Triple S. And they were responsive got team our house same day, repaired pipe quickly, quoted fair price, and had a referral company call us same day to help clean up leaking water/damage. We are so grateful and appreciative for all their help, professionalism, and being down to earth good people!!! Call this company you won't be disappointed!
