Eden's Guard pest control removed a fairly large hornets nest outside my home. They were prompt and very professional. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors.

Editing my comment so that I am able to give a real review and not a review that I was asked to give when I first started my services. I have been working with Eden’s Pest control for a year now. Despite the few problems I had with this company I decided to stick through it because it’s a family owned business and that’s something I feel strongly about supporting. After a year servicing my house as well as our business, I am very unsatisfied. I was told that all the cobwebs I had when we moved into the house would be taken down FIRST appointment. Family run business. Great work ethic. They arrived on time and did a through job of spraying every room and the outside of my home + garage.
Prices are reasonable and out of all of the pest companies I’ve called, they offered the best deal. They did NOT force me to do auto draft or sign some crazy contracts! They are a rare breed in today’s day & age of flexibility and CUSTOMER SERVICE that gave me excellent results for minimal hassle.
Scott was amenable and kind on the phone and his son Harrison sprayed the outside whilst his other son Thomas, dealt with the inside.

I'm new to the Crandall area and needed to get service quickly for my home. When I spoke with Scott, he was very informative, friendly and quick to schedule the next available appointment. Eden's Guard has great customer service. Scott, Thomas & Harrison were quick, friendly and highly professional. They are also willing to come out on the weekends each month which works out perfectly for teachers! I would highly recommend Eden's Guard.

I paid for the service which includes them coming out every 3 months. They showed up when I called but I didn't have any issues within the first year of the service. I called them out for an issue where I was hearing something between the first and second floor. He came out and said he didn't see anything. Two weeks later I could hear a family of birds. He came back out and said the will be gone in a few days and call him when they leave. After 3 days passed, I called them for 4 days with no response leaving messages each time that the birds were still there and getting louder. After that, I called

Wanted to support a local company that is close to Sunnyvale, TX. First visit went well and had the inside and outside of our home serviced. Wanted to have them return for quarterly service but they were a no show on the date stated they would return and our credit card was charged. Have tried to contact someone this last week with multiple voice mails and email and no one will contact us. Cancelling service and asking for a refund.

Hands down!!!! This is the VERY BEST company I have ever hired. They are very respectful, professional, he listens and cares. I am very impressed with the quality of their work. We just bought a house with an acre of land. He sprayed every inch of the property, inside the house, attic, garage and an unattached building. This is how a company should be ran. I recommend Eden's Guard Pest Control to everyone. Oh and "They are green"!!!

Scott and his team are great! Fast, friendly, and great service. Scott is very knowledgeable and explains everything they're treating for and they use safe products that work great. I would definitely recommend Eden's Guard.

This business has been a life saver! When we first moved into our new house, we had an ant problem on day one. They were able to come out within a few hours and take care of the issue. Their pricing is very affordable, and the owner is extremely personable and professional.
