We had a terrible infestation of ants and couldn't get rid of them. We called Mr Bug Man, even as busy as he was, he came out when he got done before the sun went down. He sprayed outside and inside. We left for 2 weeks and when we got back all the ants are gone. I would recommend Mr Bug Man to anyone that needs a good exterminator. His price was very reasonable as well.

I originally contacted this company for the treatment of carpenter ants. I then had to call again shortly afterward to get rid of wasps in the attic. In both instances, the response time, thoroughness, pricing and overall service were wonderful. I’d definitely recommend this service and would use again.

The person came in after the scheduled time window of 12 to 4, at about 5 in the evening. He was very nice and friendly, but did not give much information about what he was going to do. Unless one knows the right questions to ask, he may not be the best service provider to help out on his own. He did not work in the attic or garage until I reminded him, even though the service included spraying in those two places.
All in all, an OK experience and it was cheap with the Yelp coupon.

The receptionist didn't put our appointment on the books, so we waited for Mr Bug Man during our window and then called to find out he wasn't coming because we weren't on the schedule. When we rescheduled (we had already bought a voucher on Yelp) he was very friendly, but now I don't even know if he's around anymore, because we called within 30 days of service and the voicemail said he's no longer available.

Will, aka Mister Bug Man... sweetest pest control guy I've ever encountered. Seriously. We'd been having issues with fleas (um, thanks landlady for not getting those godforsaken rats/mice taken care of in our attic), and not only was our poor dog miserable, we were, too. We'd tried home remedies, bombs, sprays, powders... to no avail. Finally, after searching on Yelp, I found Will. Bought the $17 gift certificate (for $35 worth of services) on here, called, and he was here the next day. Our cost was just around $68 total (with the
