We work with L&M frequently through our property management company and they are always very friendly, considerate, prompt, and most importantly, actually get everything fixed in a timely manner! They seem to have a good general knowledge of things, too, so if you have a number of things going on at your house they can often check it all out at the same time.

They also have jetted clogged plumbing lines and installed a new furnace Shawn who runs the Mechanical division was quick to clear our clogged drain and was at our house at 9 pm Friday evening and quickly got our problem resolved. Having these guys has helped take the stress out of improving our old house!
