My appointment was with sales rep John Burns, who was rude and unprofessional. First off he shows up at 8:30 when the appointment was at 11 a.m. I asked him if he could wait half an hour and he was uncompromising and said no he had two customers who cancelled on him, as though it was my fault. He spent most of his time talking about bad things that other contractors do and not impart much knowledge about the product he was there to sell. When I asked him questions about the product he seemed annoyed and told me to go to their website and proceeded to give me a brochure. He seemed to be impatient

The came gave me quote for the fence. I am a new home owner so I had a lot of questions. Don’t ask too much questions or Guadalupe will stop responding. The customer service was so poor! They only give a 3% military discount. They measured my backyard wrong. Then they would not give me a date for install. They said when ever I see Julie marks I will now install is near. Lol what a joke! I was told 4-13 weeks anytime. Like what? I don’t stay home twirling my thumbs waiting for you all to show up. You should be giving appointments to your paying customers! Anyways, I went with Illinois fence

Asked for a fence quote and they quoted and removed my gates. Exactly the opposite of what was asked for. Requested back and sides of my fence EXCLUDING the gate.
The gate was fine and not requested. The Fence is 5 feet away and falling over, leaning against a tree.
When questioned why they would replace something that was fine, they got heated stating we signed a contract. Not what we asked for ever.
The receptionist as well as the owner were really hot out from the get go, so I assume this is a common occurrence.
I have no fence, no gate now and out $650
Missing hardware another $250

Read Emni's review but gave a shot in terms o FB seeing about a small job I had. Apparently now they are. It taking in any small jobs. Management very disrespectful and unprofessional. I guess he thinks that he can talk to certain people any type of way. Company took an unauthorized payment out of my account. Manager had the audacity to have an attitude when I confronted them about it. Also, make sure you ask plenty of questions with these people. They don't give you all the info you need to know and they are not clear on their own rules.

The fence came out fine although the owner is very disrespectful and untruthful. These people also give you the run around. I wish I would have know about these things before spending so much money with these people. Spend your money where you are appreciated.

The quality of their work is unmatched. Their schedule was packed and it took weeks to get them here to install but absolutely worth the wait. Obviously, they don't hire bodies so they can take on more work. Their workers are craftsmen - every detail was carefully executed. They showed up with masks and pretty much kept them on all day (it was in the 90's those 2 days). We are very impressed. We installed a steel gate across the driveway and a man gate on the other side of the house. They are both an asset to the property.

Overall our experience with A&M was very good. The estimator was nice, professional and very genuine. He had some good tips and recommendations, which is how A&M won the project over another company whose estimator just seemed shady. Despite a long wait (due to very crazy fence demand everywhere), they met their quoted install time to the week. We actually had to sign the contract on the fence before we even closed on the new house because lead times everywhere are long. We were expecting delays, but they were on time. We did have one bad hiccup during the project, in that an installer

This company has outstanding customer service from start to finish! Guadalupe has excellent follow up, she promptly returned my calls, answered all my questions and walked me through the process. Juan came out to the house, measured the area and gave me a reasonable price. He answered all of my questions and explained the different types of wood and fence styles. He also brought a brochure with pictures of the fences. The crew arrived on time and got to work right away. I was very happy and impressed with the professionalism of every person who I dealt with at A&M. I highly recommend this company

John from A&M Fence came out on 7/26 to measure and give me a quote on a patio fence and gate. John was very professional when he took the measurements, I showed him a neighbor's fence which was what I was looking for and he said he would send me a quote. I felt this was a company I would be happy with. Was I wrong! On 8/5 I texted John about not receiving the quote. He indicated he was out of the country and would return 8/18 and promised a quote when returned. I texted John again on 8/26 and he said he would get the quote to me. I was going to give this company a No Star review, but after more than three months, they finally came back and replaced the poor substandard fence panels they originally installed, so I bumped it up to two stars. At least I have a halfway decent fence now.
It can take them up to five and a half weeks to return a phone call and respond to a customer complaint. I have never dealt with such non-professionalism in my many years of being a homeowner. My neighbors were going to try them but after they saw what I went through, they decided to go with someone else. I'm afraid I'll have to do

A&M Fence is great! I had a fence installed in the front of my house. It is a short iron fence. I sent a photo of what I wanted and they designed the fence perfectly. I chose the color for the metal paint. A&M Fence worked with my specifics. They designed the fence, installed it perfectly, and it looks beautiful! The men who installed the fence were very polite. They worked quickly, arrived when they said they would, and cleaned up. I wish I would have used A&M Fence for my backyard fence when that was done. They are a wonderful company--very fair pricing with good work ethics

Never knew when they were coming.
Didn't finish work. Left fence completely raw with no stain.
Built part of my neighbors fence 2' over my property line in 2 different places without asking me.
Bolted my neighbors fence into my garage without asking me.
Raised issues with A&M and they never fixed any of these issues.

I had a very nice cedar fence installed in March 2016. I had gotten 3 estimates & A&M's price fell in the middle. They are very prompt to show up to give the estimate. On installation day the crew showed up on schedule, ready to work. They handled all of the permits. A beautiful new fence in 2 days.
A couple of weeks later I noticed a crack in one post of the back gate. I called them & they came & replaced the entire gate. They want their customers to be happy. Also, they recommended a painter who sealed my fence for a very fair price.
