Don't trust these guys. Good work, but very bad people.
I manage a number of properties in Chicago for Investors and Condo Associations. I recently recommended Sandoval for gate work at a large association after a positive prior experience with their work. They sent a multi-part estimate for maintenance, repair and replacement of some gate hinges. A portion of the estimate was approved by the board and the limited scope clearly communicated to Sandoval in writing. Sandoval decided to complete the entire scope of work anyway and charge the work back to my company (roughly double the cost). When
