Houston was great and well detailed at explaining the problem after diagnosis.
I am particularly happy that he managed to squeeze us in on short notice, and he was quite upfront about it being a tentative appointment.
I would definitely be using McBroom services again.

I was very pleased with my first experience with McBroom today! Communication was great as far as scheduling an appointment, and the technician arrived when expected. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve my heating problem and was very professional and courteous throughout. I would definitely use them again for any future HVAC work and highly recommend them.

We’ve used McBroom for several years! They’ve always come out and focused on our immediate concern which is one of our systems being down and not used it as an opportunity to sell us everything under the sun! They offer a minimal repair, restoration and replacement options rather than Try to force only the big ticket items on you! I recommend them to all my neighbors! We wouldn’t use anyone else!

My heat went out last night and my house got down into the low 50’s. I was referred to McBroom by a friend. I called first thing this morning and they were here within the hour. The furnace was quickly repaired. GREAT SERVICE and highly recommend!!

I’ve been using McBroom for almost 15 years! They recently installed a new system along with a high efficiency air filtration system and thermostat with Wifi! 5 stars is not enough! I highly recommend Houston and his team for any of your heating and air conditioning needs!

Houston came highly recommended from my HOA and he was extremely quick, efficient and professional. He arrived when he said he would and he was able to get my problem fixed in about an hour. Contacted Houston first thing in the morning as my AC had gone out in the middle of summer (go figure). He was able to have the house fixed up and some, cooled down by early afternoon! So thankful for this company, each time using them has been hassle free and impressive. They are above and beyond!

I have been using McBroom Heating and Air for the past ten years for the two rental properties I own in Atlanta. The owner Houston, is always on time, clearly explain things to me and his pricing is always reasonable. It is also nice to have the same person come out each time versus some random tech. I have had the units serviced twice a year and have never had any major problems. Some of my neighbors in the same building have had to replace their entire HVAC systems but not me! Thank you Houston!!

We would highly recommend McBroom Heating and Air. They were quick to come out. Houston was very friendly. It's nice to have a more personal experience than it would be with a big box company. He was fast and very fairly priced. We will definitely be calling them again if we ever need any heating/air/gas line work done.

I ran into an issue in spring 2016 where my air conditioning wasn't holding it's temperature. I called McBroom Air and Houston came out that same day to make the necessary repair/adjustments. He even gave a few maintenance tips that will save me from future repairs. Houston and his wife Heather are fantastic and I would highly recommend their services. I am a customer for life!

Winter 2016, I noticed my HVAC system was not heating my home as efficiently as it used to, especially compared to winter 2015, which was a much colder winter with multiple single-temp days. What to do but schedule an appointment with the same folks who fixed my HVAC last time, McBroom Air. Houston McBroom, owner of McBroom Air, came to my home about 2.5 years ago when I was having the exact opposite problem (detailed in my original review below). It was summer 2012 and my HVAC was not producing cold air. Houston quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a capacitor, and I was up and running again
