Dan Pineyro founded FlowTech Mechanical Services in 2005. He and his family have resided in the Milton/Alpharetta area for over 10 years. With over 20 years in the HVAC business, Dan has hands-on experience with all types of residential and commercial equipment. It is important that FlowTech customers are satisfied with the quality work we provide.
We highly recommend Planned Service Agreements (PSA) to all of our customers. Preventative maintenance will mean fewer breakdowns and longer life for your HVAC equipment. The equipment is inspected for early signs of wear and tear and all components are tested for proper operation. Each of our PSA customers is visited monthly, quarterly or semi-annually to have their HVAC system serviced.
A dirty filter decreases the effectiveness of your HVAC system by blocking airflow. A good quality pleated filter should be changed every three to six months. If your system has a lot of excess dust in it or if you have an indoor pet that sheds hair, the filter(s) may need replacement more often. Most people don't realize their furnace and air conditioner run more and start and stop more than their automobile.
They were on time and explained everything so I could understand. They gave me options, instead of replacing whole system that other companies said was my only option. The system works great and I'm very happy. FlowTech came out this morning and took care of our A/C unit and did not charge a premium.
