Blue Ribbon started out great, then got too busy to provide quality service and professional customer relations. The last straw was when we needed a new pool cleaner that runs along the bottom. Blue Ribbon picked out and installed the new one, but it would not go over the pool drain covers and simply got stuck on them all day. I told Blue Ribbon about the problem, and they said that the pool cleaner needed bigger wheels. Well shouldn't Blue Ribbon have known that in the first place? Anyway, I was charged for the new wheels, which I had an issue with and said so. Jim, the company owner

We have had our pool 22 years with different pool services. They all do a "good job". Now we are with Blue Ribbon. Jim pays attention to every detail "good" is not enough for him. He also has the ability to explain anything and everything about maintaining a clean and beautiful pool. I only wish I had his energy!
