Procare services my neighbors pool, I was on my way to catch a flight, had Uber on the way and noticed the pool cleaner was on the fritz, I went next door and asked Eddie if he could urgently help me and he did!!! This is our second repair by Pro care. Ryan diagnosed and fixed a heater problem that had been misdiagnosed several times by others. He even helped us out by repairing in time for our son's pool birthday party! For our second issue with our valve we didn't hesitate to call Ryan. He came promptly to diagnose the problem and returned to do the repair. He did a great job and again we are grateful to have our pool running well. His prices are competitive AND most importantly he knows how to repair pool equipment (others often do not).

I don't enjoy leaving a bad review but we were pretty fooled by the services of this company.
First off, we were quoted a monthly cost for weekly maintenance but to our surprise, our first invoice we got hit with an additional charge that apparently is a an annual chemical charge of $125 which was never brought to our attention prior.
After having a different pool guy come out to take a look at our pool after we let Ryan go, we were informed our calcium and ph levels were extremely off. He said this is not something that can happen quickly and was like that for some time. So although Ryan

We had a problem with our 20 year old heater. Ryan was the only one that was willing to respond quickly (no phone calls, forms to fill) and send someone the next week. Others went straight to replacement, not interested in repairing.
Julio came out and replaced the water pressure switch, changed out some O-rings that he identified as leaking and showed me some things about maintaining the system that I didn't know about. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

I hired Pro Care to service my pool. Ryan was initially very responsive. Cody came out and always left the pool looking great. Ryan came out to look at the pump Cody could not get to prime. He said the pool water wasn't as clear as it should be and suggested I add DE to the cartridge filters. I did that and watched it come out the returns into the pool. I texted him about it and did not get a response. Then my filters were clogging daily which stopped the vacuum from running. I texted several times asking for help with no response. We contacted Ryan as we needed a new pool guy. He came the same day I called, helped get our pool back into shape and gave us advice on some things we needed to do to get our pool into better working order. He was responsive, friendly and super knowledgeable. I can't recommend Ryan highly enough! If you have pool needs, he should be your first call!

I got a quote from them and everything went well up until I asked to confirm one of their suggested dates of service. I called Ryan after two days of waiting for their response here, and he now informed me that he won't come out a week or two from now. Upon reminding that my pool has been green for days, he reported that he didn't make it green. I understand that things happen, but I would appreciate not being ghosted and informed about their labor shortage in a timely manner, so I don't keep my hopes up and waste time.

As a first time pool/spa owner we needed someone to help clean out a lot of algae and dirt build up. Ryan was very responsive and helpful with our pool questions and needs. He helped show us the different aspects of the pump and answer any question we had about maintenance, even after he completed our pool service. Very friendly and professional. I've had some poor experiences in the past with pool/spa companies, but Ryan was professional the entire time. We were pumped to close on our new house that came with an awesome pool back in December 2020. During our closing period we had a pool inspection done by another company. Upon receiving the report I knew I was going to need a reliable pool guy stat. We moved into a new home and called Ryan to set up regular pool maintenance - it's our first time owning a pool and we were a bit clueless. Ryan was super quick to respond and come out for an evaluation - he took the time to explain things to us and answer our plentiful questions, even late into the evening. I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the start, Ryan responded quickly to my Yelp request for a quote and was able to provide me a fair quote. I replaced my pool pump and added a control system. He squeezed me in the schedule to get the job done and was great with communicating the entire time. Kevin who also worked on the job was also knowledgeable and efficient. All in all I am very happy with the work that was done and will also be hiring them to do my weekly pool service. As a side note I had a problem the evening after the job was done and Ryan didn't hesitate

I needed to get a pool and jacuzzi ready for some renters and discovered that my heater needed to be replaced. Got the same info from multiple pool service companies but Ryan was the only one who explained why it needed to be replaced. The heater was replaced in the timeframe we were promised, just in time for the new tenants. We also requested some follow up work which was also performed at a high standard. Very happy with this company and will use them for all future projects.

We have used this service since we bought our new home and have loved them from day one. Prior to hiring them, we had some pool clarity issues and they came out immediately to correct the issue, advised us on the right vacuum to buy, installed it for us and gave us pointers on how to generally maintain a pool, since we have never had one before. They come on time every week, are cool with our barking dogs, take great care of our pool and are just really nice people. We love PCP service and highly recommend them !!

Ryan and his team have been taking care of our pool for 2 years now. They are always on time and have done an excellent job keeping our pool in good clean condition. Ryan recently replaced both our pumps on the pool to variable speed and switched the pool over to a salt cell. The service and follow through were excellent.
