Such a pleasure to deal with. Everyone at Tamarack was so easy to deal with and went above and beyond the call to rush and get our new heater installed. Old one was rusted out and 20years old and they installed a new pentair within 2 days and saved us from cancelling our daughters back yard pool birthday party ! Tamarack you the rescue !

We had ongoing problems with our pool heater. Our pool service guy did his best to fix it, replacing the thermistor and the circuit board, but nothing worked. We then contacted Dave at Tamarack Pools. He said upfront his diagnostic fee was $165 to which we agreed and he came out the same afternoon. Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable, and spent at least an hour testing different circuit boards. He then thought there might be a bad connection with one of the wires to the circuit board. He then replaced the wire and plug and that seemed to fix the problem. He probably spent an hour and a half

As a Realtor, this is my go-to pool repair and inspection service. Dave, the owner, is hands-on and has a level of service rarely seen in any industry. He takes the time to explain pool operation and construction to customers so they understand WHY any repairs are recommended. As an inspector, he is reasonable and recommends just what is needed without trying to upsell. I have found all of their technicians I've met to be honest, ethical and hard-working. Tamarack Pools installed a pool heater for us. It was a shoddy installation with little attention to detail. The heater stopped working after just two months. Tamarack Pools is unresponsive and unwilling to help resolve the problem. In my experience, it's a loosely run operation that lacks accountability. I do not recommend.
