InStone Spas is a family owned and locally operated small business. Owner Andrew Gieda, started the company with his wife, Maria Gieda, in 2017, and got his inspiration from his long-time customers, who encouraged him to open his own hot repair company since 2014. Hot tub repairs were always very expensive, sometimes costing up to $3000 per repair.

In stone is a small HT shop, you will almost certainly deal with Andrew, the owner. He is a straight shooter and very animated. Do not expect to be coddled, he is a get it done guy. The deal and arrangements for delivery of the tub were easily handled with a handshake or a phone call to him, no BS scheduling office or annoying sales person in between. A 5 star experience.

InStone's hot tub spas are top of the line and work really well. I had one of the best spa experiences ever at the comfort of our hot tub thanks to Andrew and Maria and their amazing tubs!. Heated water and bubble jets are so relaxing and needless to say it's very good for health and overall wellbeing. The owners know their craft in and out and are very kind, trustworthy and helpful whenever needed. Impeccable experience overall. Recommended 100%.

We did a ton of research and landed on a particular brand, and model with all the necessary extras. Not only did they have it in stock but they were willing to ship and set it up the very next day. The team that drove almost two hours away to set things up were personable and knowledgeable. I had a few questions the following day and Andrew answered my call and addressed my question despite being well outside of business hours. Very happy with our decision, zero complaints. The honey is also pretty amazing.

We had shopped around a bit and discovered that due to COVID, there were few decent hot tubs available before September. Andrew was determined to find a solution for us, and found a very creative solution. He provided us with a brand new loaner hot tub that he had intended to use elsewhere, until ours comes in. Andrew got me a good deal on an almost new tub from a customer who decided to upgrade to a Bullfrog. I will probably upgrade to a Bullfrog at some point too (thinking about the A9) but this one (Nordic Encore LS) is really nice for the price. I would definitely recommend InStone to anyone looking to buy or service a hot tub.

We we’re given Andrew’s name from a friend, we needed help with our hot tub. The hot tub seemed to be draining water, and the water was not staying hot. Andrew was able to fix the problem, he had to come back 2-3 times to get it working correctly. He was very attentive during this period. He is knowledgeable about hot tubs and the service/Maintanence they require and he is very courteous. Since then, we have decided to use Andrew as our maintenance source for our hot tub.

We recently purchased a Bullfrog Spa from InStone Spa ! We have been thinking about getting a spa for years and we are very happy we finally made the move. Andrew helped us choose our location and made sure everything was working as we hoped. It is really peace of mind knowing if we ever have a problem Andrew will be happy to help is out. Andrew was a pleasure to work with - honest, knowledgable, personable, and very professional. He was so patient with me through the purchase process which involved several phone calls, emails and questions from me. He travelled over two hours to deliver the tub and he his team did an amazing job maneuvering the truck into a tight space to ensure a safe and seamless delivery. He was readily available to walk us through the initial chemical process the next day and has checked in several times to make sure all is well. We are so glad we purchased from InStone Spas and know they will always be there

Not your typical hot tub buying experience! First, Andrew was willing to meet up with us outside of normal business hours to accommodate our schedule. He was very knowledgeable about the spa and even had the exact one we were interested in. The best part of the service came during the delivery. We were scheduled for a Monday delivery, but there was a ice/snow storm in the forecast for Saturday night through Sunday. After speaking with Andrew Friday night, he was able to deliver Saturday afternoon before the storm arrived. You won't get this customer service anywhere else! Thanks Andrew & Maria
