Simon's Plumbing

Called them again, this time to install a water heater I had purchased at Home Depot. They they came the next morning a did a very precise and professional installation to bring it to code. They were happy to explain each step along the way. Everything works fine including the very reasonable cost. They had to shop for various items to meet code requirements (such as the strapping). I appreciated that they took the old heater away and left the work area spotless.

Simon's Plumbing is excellent. Simon and Tony are experienced, efficient and honest plumbers. I would highly recommend Simon's Plumbing to any homeowner. Over the past 20 years, I have hired a number of other plumbers in San Jose. These guys are the best.

Saw a Simon's Plumbing comment on my neighbor's Facebook page and boy did I need it. Water heater went out and I didn't know what to do.

Called Simon's plumbing (after hours). A human picked up the phone, and they were at my house by noon the next day. They investigated my issue and quickly determined that I had a pilot light that went out and they were able to help get it lit quickly. (Yes, this stuff is not a strength of mine...)

They did not charge me for a service call, and REFUSED to take cash when I offered something for their time. A real class

Anthony is my go to guy when it comes to any installation or plumbing issues, his resolved several of my problems, his very honest and fair with his prices and timeframe, I had a water pressure issue in my shower and he exchange my valve and regulator and I get perfect pressure now, very happy with their services.

Tony from Simon's Plumbing was one of only two plumbers who actually responded to voicemails and quote requests through Yelp (out of maybe 5 or 6 attempts). He had a very pleasant manner through email, which I appreciated. We scheduled an appointment for several days out for the relatively easy task of repairing a leaking supply hose, but those are the kinds of issues you encounter for rental properties.

He arrived on time, fixed the issue quickly, and charged a reasonable hourly rate. His in-person demeanor was very nice. Really no complaints at all. I would definitely hire him again

This family-run business gets 5 stars from me. Why? Because they are very knowledgeable and honest. I recently called because I had a leak somewhere under my kitchen sink. Simon's plumbing responded to my call quickly and was able to find the leak and fix it in just a couple of hours. Rather than telling me I needed to replace my entire sink and faucets as another plumber had, they were honest about what needed to be done and completed the job quickly. Pricing is reasonable, I don't feel price-gauged for the work they did as I have with other plumbers in the past. In addition,

Wow he actually had all the parts needed to fix my sink in his van. When I first received the call from Simon he was brash over the phone and seemed to be in a rush. But when he arrived he smiled evaluated the problem and got to work. No excuses were made. He had everything he needed to get the job done. He was in and out within 30 minutes. He may not be a man of many words but his work speaks volumes.

He replaced everything brand new. He even cleaned the work area when he was done. Best of all there was no exposed crack to stare at when he was under the sink. Thank you Simon's.
