Likes: Professionally packed my furniture. Movers were polite and skilled. I could find movers within 10 days which is normally hard to do in SF.
Dislikes: Took 8.5 hours to move my one bedroom to the new place 10 minutes away. Called on the third person towards the end to be able to finish on time. Charged me almost 2K which was higher than my previous moves. Damaged a floor lamp (400$) and my new wall. No plans for damage compensation or repair but to give me 20$ discount!

Our needs were unusual - we needed to load a truck and then unload the same truck three days later. As such, we dealt with two different teams from this company, and both were great. Helpful. Ready to go above and beyond. Patient in our moments of indecision. Cannot recomend them enough. I hate moving. I hope I never have to move again, but if I was moving I would call them.

Highly recommend!! The name of the company says it all DEPENDABLE! I have a 400 pound freestanding tub and I needed it brought upstairs in my home. It’s very heavy they got the job done in no time prices are extremely reasonable compared to other movers. This company will go above and beyond for their clients thank you guys I appreciate you.

We hired Dependable Movers to help us move about 40 miles. We highly recommend this company. Their communication days before the move was through. They (Simon & Jonah) arrived on time. We're very respectful & communicative. Then they worked hard to get us moved in a time efficient manner. We appreciated their efforts in customer service. You won't go wrong hiring these folks.

They were awesome. The booking agent extremely nice returned calls fast or answered and what they promised they kept. Jonah and Max were my movers the best I ever had. Nice as could be courteous. Moved items repositioned them also very strong and dependable. Whatever I needed they completed with a happy attitude. Very happy!!!!!!

I really appreciate these guys taking care of a last minute scheduled move to pick up 3 of my uboxes from uhaul storage and to bring them to my new place, and unload.
One thing I noticed from Derrick and AJ, the guys that helped with the move, is that they are honest, stand up guys. They were professional in communication, had the right tools for the move and also the strength to lift some of the heavier bigger items.
I live in San Diego also, so I'm glad that they cover this part of California. Without a doubt, I'd recommend these guys for any type of moving services

Our two movers Jonas and Max showed up on time and were professional and most important they were very respectful. They handled my wife's Buddhist display with care and attention, which my wife was grateful for. They were quick and yet careful through the whole process. I will always use them from here on out, there price is fair, and like I said they were RESPECTFUL.

Excellent company and service. They arrived 5 minutes early, started on-time and worked fast! I needed a storage unit emptied and moved to my new apartment. Most of my stuff was already packed in boxes, but they went ahead and boxed any straggling pieces so they wouldn't get lost or damaged. They rewrapped my mattress way better than it was and they were super careful with all our furniture. They were never slacking or sitting around...constantly working. Very polite interactions with all the movers. I would definitely recommend!

We had some bad experiences last time with another moving company that WENT SO SLOWLY they took nearly triple the amount of time for the same type of move. We were so scared that it would happen again. This was a complete opposite experience from our last move. They were everything that we wanted from our movers. They were on time, quick, professional, careful with our belongings, and kind. We purchased a groupon for 3 movers for 3 hours. They got the move done in 2.5 hours and made sure they didn't go over. I pre-pack, wrap, label, and stack all of my belongings and all I want from a mover

We've moved six times in the last 6 years and Dependable Movers were heads above every other moving company we used previously. Moving is stressful; these guys know that and literally help to make your move as stress free as it can possibly be.
Derrick coordinated our move. His communication was fantastic. He handled us switching our move date and extending our moving time the day of the move with ease.
Robbie and Jonah were our movers and we cannot say enough good things

The entire process was amazing! I've used movers before but I've never experienced this kind of customer service. I needed to move on a Saturday and made the appointment that same week. Derrick was very communicative and made sure to keep me informed every step of the way through text and phone calls.
