Murrieta Moving/Redlands Moving/Patricks Moving. are all the same people. I hired a local company that said they were in business for 20+ yrs, a local company.I thought that was a good move using local people. First they told me they moved pianos but don't, they said they would send two truck and four(4) men. The first day one of the four walked away at lunch. Now we were behind with one odd guy trying to help. They said it would be one day of moving. At 11:00 at night, they said they would come back in the morning and finish up. Unless you want to pay to get your things thrashed do not use this company!!!! We scheduled over a month ahead of time and 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrived they informed us they would not be able to make it until the next day...THEN they were not cautious whatsoever when packing our things and consistently had to ask them to make sure items were secured because they did not look like they were safe in the truck.
Upon them arriving to our new home we discovered many of our large furniture items were completely thrashed. We are absolutely devastated because these were expensive pieces

After shopping and getting several estimates (or lack of) from brokerage companies and internet movers who did not want to come out OR charge a deposit, I found Murrieta moving who gave us a free estimate and great service. From start to finish this was a great experience moving out of state to Colorado from California.

They expedited my moving experience, Mario and Caesar did a great job all items fit perfectly in the truck it was the right size clean polite didn't waste any time moving is labor intensive job it's like building a pyramid 1 block at a time, I would definitely use there services again low cost fast response and great execution.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! 0 stars is what they deserve. For starters they lost their license back in June with the state of California. We hired them to do our move they broke every single item of furniture they moved for us. 2 dresser, 2 night stands, entertainment system and a coffee table, and a dining room table, pull up bar, spin cycle and tv! They lost our couch legs and stained one of our couches! Sad part was I was carrying heavier things than one of the "movers". They quoted us for one price and then turned out being double. This past June, I used the services of Murrieta Moving Inc to facilitate a move from the home that my significant other and I were renting in Murrieta, CA to the townhouse we are now renting in San Diego, CA. Upon completion of their services, we found damage to multiple furniture items. I have used other moving services before, and in those instances, the movers would wrap the larger furniture in plastic wrap and/or blankets. Yesterday our family was blessed to have Robert, Ernesto, Mario, and John to move household items. They were attentive to ensure that items were not damaged. They were "fast". We were able to save over $1000 with their ability to organize and stow all items in one storage unit. We will request them again when we moving into our home in 6-8 months.

Moving your belongs is a stressful process and I was Blessed by receiving a card in the mail from Murrieta Moving. Rochelle, worked with me and was great. She was patient with all the date changes and ensured a smooth day. The guys came early, were very polite and had an huge amount of patience. Being a Faith based company, we took the time to pray before getting started and that warmed my heart. I had the house already packed up so that made it a little easier for them. We ended up getting a trainee but instead of sending 2 movers and a trainee. They opted to only send 1 mover so the senior mover has to constantly stop and instruct and check on the trainee. Dont get me wrong the trainee is trying but if you charge people by the hour then this natural slowdown is a scam. I will never use this company again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. The actual people that moved me were fantastic and that's the only reason it got bumped to 2 star.. their management is less than desirable.

Outstanding service!! I referred them to 2 people for relocation to new homes. The owner (manager?) was there for us every step of the way. The crews arrived early in both cases. The guys were very professional and took great care when packing the trucks with our belongings. Not a single thing was damaged. Evidently, long haul jobs do not faze them. Definitely top rate company with reasonable cost. The guys were fast and worked hard! Would highly recommend them to everyone who wants professional, reliable moving services and a stress free move no matter how far.

We had a very smooth move from the New York to Murrieta. We did use the full service including packing. All items were delivered on time without any damage. The crew was friendly and hard working. We did have a laugh when my brother mentioned that another truck from Murrieta Moving arrived, thought he must have gone mad. But he was actually right as they came to assist with unloading, which meant we did get all stuff unloaded in a day. I would recommend Murrieta Moving any time and would use them again without hesitance.

My long distance mover arrived at La Cresta at 8pm, unloaded at 1:30am leaving my house empty but my 4 garages completely full. In their defense - they had trouble with their older truck. I called Richelle - explained the situation and a day later - I kid you not - my furniture is in place!
Short notice, on a weekend, and not only did they make it happen but they were quick, careful, and very professional

Just had a great moving experience with the help of Juan and Alberto. They were prompt, professional, and capable. I hired Murrieta Moving to facilitate moving my daughters belonging from her apartment in to storage. They came out on Sunday 6/16/19, and finished within four hours. They had to endure three flights of stairs! These two young men were very good communicators and you could tell they knew what they were doing. I would definitely hire they the next time I need moving services.

My parents were moving about 225 miles away and nothing was going right. We rented a truck and the extra help fell thru, 2 minor injuries later we were defeated and ready to quit. After a quick search and some phone calls this company was the most fair price and Richelle was beyond professional and kind on the phone. Ted and Juan showed up exactly on time with Richelle there to handle the paperwork and make sure everything was in order for what we needed. Ted and Juan were quick, efficient, kind and patient (my parents have never used movers and had some normal hesitance), and so incredibly careful

This company has moved me three times and each time they were friendly, responsive and careful with my belongings. I called around and most companies try and nickel and dime you for boxes, moving materials and other things making their initial offer go way up. This company wouldn't do that to you. They're straight forward with their price to move and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
