HORRIBLE! My husband and I were prepared to buy our son's car here. We came (maybe) 15 minutes before closing. WE WORK! And were met with an absolutely rude and horrific attitude from the owner. His nephew attempted to cover the obviously bothered uncle with "...sorry, he's just tired and wants to go home."

I had only a few options trying to find a vehicle in a couple hours , I started elsewhere the salesman couldn’t help me . He suggested I go to Good Deals on Wheels, salesman then called them to let them know the score . My dealings with Frances were great , She treated me with respect by not trying to force me into something I didn’t want. If I need another vehicle I will certainly go to Good Deals on Wheels .

First of all I hate shopping for cars period it's such a pain! My friend referred me here and I was skeptical. I went against my better judgement and decided to check it out. I'm very glad I did because Saul was so helpful and answered all my questions. He didn't sugar coat anything and told me straight up about my down payment and what the car payments would be. Cody was very helpful as well breaking down the loan in terms I could understand. Fingers crossed nothing happens to my car but they did tell me if anything happens to call them and they'll fix it. Frances and the other girl I forgot to get her name the one who sits right in front of Frances were both so great ! They helped my mother && I quick and made everything easy for us . Went in on Saturday found the ride I wanted and left that same day with it☺️ I think one of the best things also was they don’t check credit ! I mean please don’t take… advantage of it but this is so helpful for those who are trying to straighten there life out but are always denied because of what they’ve done in the past . I came here when my previous car broke down. It was my first time purchasing a car on my own and I wasn’t sure where to start and what to look for. Luckily Frances was able to help me. The owner Cody is rude and very demanding. My payments always bounced EVEN THOUGH I had enough money in my account. So I was ALWAYS charged an additional $50. (I made plenty of money so there was no reason for it to bounce). I signed a contract stating they would pay 100% of any mechanical failures within the first 30 days and he neglected it. He sold me a terrible running car. It broke down on the freeway to work within those 30 days! He also tried blaming me for a rust spot on the driver side door. Thankfully my insurance sent an estimator out there otherwise I would be help accountable! DO NOT

Okay so where should I start. This place is one of the worst places to buy cars from in town, all they do is sell people LEMONS. You end putting way more into the car than what the car is worth. They take advantage of people they know can't get cars from reputable dealerships & rack up the interest. They are so good at ripping people off its not even funny. I should've known better than to buy a car from a BHPH (buy here, pay here) lot but I was in a bind at the time & like most others had no choice which these people use to their advantage. Sure they make the car look pretty
