The sales staff are rude and disrespectful. Talked to them over the phone about a truck they were getting in, I told them I wanted to see it but never said I was going to buy it. When the truck arrived I told them that I found another truck. ( I ordered one 2022 LTZ with different dealer) The sales men stated the the owner had bought it for me and went on a rant! OK people. Wow. Was with my friend while car shopping and happened by here and stopped in. Was suggested she get a Jeep by many. East sure she wanted one....until the guy- Chris- told her it was a diesel. So she bought it. Went to fill it and guess what?? Not a diesel. Went in to confront them about this and got nothing but called liars and then threatened!!! Said he'd call the cops if we drove the car. She has already paid over $40,000!!! I don't want to into too much detail. However, I want to say with this market buying a car has been extremely difficult and financially I was not in the best place. I can admit that. Either way, I was able to get a brand NEW car with little to no hassle from another dealership and for a reasonable price. My issue came into play when they kept trying to sell me used cars with the same mileage as the car that I had but with new car prices. Great experience!! We came into town to help our son buy a car. This was the first dealership we shopped. Looked at a couple of cars within his budget but he didn't really like the choices. Then the salesman suggested a Nissan Xterra that they had recently taken in as trade. It wasn't retail ready, we were able to take it for a drive. It checked most of our son's must-haves. I posted my vehicle online for sale, was immediately reached out to by a buyer that they wanted it and offered a reasonable price. I was told drive it in(an hour away) and I would leave with a check for the agreed upon price.. So the next day I drive an hour in and Have someone follow me so I can get home. I show up with everything requested including a payoff amount as I still owe some money on it. I was told by the manager that unfortunately they cannot produce a check that fast and

I traded in a car at Mountain West Auto, and subsequently purchased a used car. This was in February 2021.
After the deal was done, I contacted the Dealership that I had purchased the Trade in from. I requested a refund on the GAP for that vehicle. The Dealership ( Located in Texas) , discounted the payoff of the Trade in by $ 451.39.
I have paperwork from Chase Bank, verifying they REDUCED THE PAYOFF. The paperwork clearly states this was a refund of

They were going to bring the car to me for a test ride, then showed up in a different car because the one I wanted wasn't ready and needed detailing. Do not buy a car from MOUNTAIN WEST Auto. They sold me a Jeep. Told me to come back in and sign a New contract, because they got a loan with better interest rates. Went back in and Teddy the sales person said the contact is the same. No need to go get my glasses. They took my gap insurance off. And then someone ran a red light and totaled my vehicle and now I owe an extra $5000 on this deal. They refuse to help me in anyway. Also they answer their phones until they sell the car then you can't get back in contact with. them I sent emails I called at least 50 times before I got a response

Absolutely the worst experience with a dealer!
Bought vehicle back in October 2020, now end of February still they did not provide me with requested documentation in order to register the vehicle. Mariah (the title clerk) does not respond to emails nor phone calls and tells me information that is contrary to what dmv says. The manager was also very rude to my husband.
I would not recommend this place - take your business some place else!

We went in to look at a 2020 GMC truck they had. Wow this was so simple. They showed it to us, let us take it for a spin. Then they showed us 2-3 others. As soon as we said no, they said ok and went back to our original pick. I highly recommend this dealership. I looked on their online inventory, found a Jeep Cherokee I was interested in, went in, and left that day with the same one I found online but a different color they happened to have that I liked better.
