Very impressed with the service from Sweep-n-Scan! Steve responded to my initial call quickly and took the time to share his thoughts about some different fireplace inserts we'd been considering. He called a day before our appointment with a friendly reminder, and the day of he and his team arrived on time (even a few minutes early). They put down drop cloths to protect our floors, and worked as a team to complete the job efficiently. We'll definitely hire them again.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a business owner. When I told him I experienced a chimney fire and questioned whether they were thorough enough because their visit was so short, he got aggressively defensive and screamed for 10 minutes, not letting me speak (unless I wanted to scream on top of him, which I chose not to). He showed absolutely no concern for me or my house after the fire, and was completely verbally abusive.

Should be called sweep-n-scam, my Mom got this company to clean her chimney in the fall. When they were there they took little enough time for the neighbors to reach out and ask if they even did their job. Within the past month my mom has had her first chimney fire in 20 years. She called them asking about the job done and how bad it looked and in return received a verbally abusive call from the owner yelling at her about how many clients he had. I would never recommend this company and hope everyone stays safe out there, seems like these guys are only out for your money!

Steve Graves and his professional team cleaned my chimney at a very reasonable price. They arrived on the scheduled date/time and not only performed the required service but offered lots of advice regarding the maintenance of our chimney going forward.
I highly recommend Sweep'n'Scan and have already scheduled them to install a new chimney cap and damper on my house.
