Both Technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly, tidy and efficient. They were able to answer all of my questions and I felt very confident with how everything was handled. They also were good at following Covid guidelines. I would Absolutely recommend them!

I have nothing but great things to say about this business. They did the chimney sweep, cleaning, inspection, and inserting a new steel liner into a chimney that hadn’t been used in decades! Our new wood insert works beautifully, and has saved us this winter. Corey and Sabrina are fantastic at what they do. I always felt like no matter what questions we had, or what concerns we had throughout the process, they were there every step of the way doing what they could to share their knowledge and alleviate any worries we may have had. Extremely professional job. Arrived on schedule (called ahead), had all the necessary equipment, technician knew exactly what to do and left the job site cleaner than when they arrived. Could not ask for anything more. Would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to others. Five stars plus!!

Corey is simply the best! He’s truly a professional! All problems were identified & he offered us 3 different plans to repair/ fix our chimney problems caused by a micro burst.. 1. basic repair . 2. Medium range repair. 3. Bring the chimney up to code & high end chimney cap. We opted for #3. We had no idea that our chimney wasn’t up to code in the first place. I highly recommend him!

It took a while to have Cory come to do the work because of the pandemic and because they are so busy. They did an excellent job. Installed a chimney liner and cleaned the stove. We had a problem with air flow and getting a hot fire and Cory figure out that the company we used privously to clean our chimney was not doing it correctly so ash was blocking the airflow pipes. We were getting ready to put an airflow piping system in. He saved us lots of money on that. Was prompt, gave us a reasonable quote and DRC was a pleasure to work with.
