I scheduled them to come clean the chimney for our wood stove; which we now suspect had not been cleaned since its installation. Dan was prompt, arriving at 9 on the dot. He was courteous, friendly and patient with questions. He cleaned the wood stove, told us a few things to keep an eye on and explained his recommendations with a great deal of… patience and not a trace of condescension. He then asked if I wanted him to take a look at the furnace chimney and he did. It too needed to be cleaned, so he stayed and did that as well. There was no mess at all, and the buckets of soot that he took
