Firesafe Chimney Services, a full-time, full-service, family-run chimney service business dedicated to the continued safe use of every chimney in the area, was founded in 2005 by Derek Hannah. Derek's father was a sweep with his own company, so Derek grew up working with his dad in the chimney business.
Cassie has been with Firesafe since 2015. Her hobbies and interests include reading, weekend getaways, doing puzzles, and baking. She is committed to continuing her chimney education and is currently working on becoming a Certified Chimney Professional. While Jim has been with Firesafe since 2015, he has been in the industry for over sixteen years.

Sean was prompt and very professional. We have an uncommon setup and Sean took the time to explain things. There were some things he was unsure of, but he was open about it saying he would find the answers and get back to us. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.

I hate to leave a bad review, Sam from Firesafe came to my home for a quote on my chimney. I can’t say anything about their quality of work they seem to be knowledgeable BUT they quoted me around 6k for a chimney rebuild from my roofline up about 5 feet(very small chimney). Prices are outrageous, since then I have received 4 quotes all almost half or more less then. Otherwise I have no complaints

Let me start my review by saying that I reach out to a few chimney repair companies in my area and only 1 returned my request. Reason why I say this.. I'm happy that no one returned my request as this company was exactly what I look for when I need home services. They responded to my request for service thru email/ phone and it was in a timely manner. No waiting weeks for at least a call back. And that process was very easy. We got the day and time that work for us so much appreciation for everyone in the booking and office!

This is the second year I have used this company. Last year I changed to them to clean my chimney since I was not completely happy with the company I was using. They were very thorough, polite, personable, timely and really into their jobs. They did much more here than the previous person and charged less! This year they were back to clean the chimney again and do some repair work and I can say I continue to be very happy with the service. Would defiantly recommend this company for both repair and cleaning, I know I will continue to use them.
