They do it all, and very friendly when they show up. My house was being carried away by ants and when they showed up the ants went running away, no problems any more. When the guy's show up they always ask how things are and if we need extra care. Or if something comes up between visits you can call and they are there. So for me great service and care.

When we found evidence of dry wood termites upstairs, I panicked and envisioned the worst case scenario of tenting the house, toxic fumes, price gouging etc. My actual experience was the complete opposite with Cal Pest calming my fears, answering all my questions, and servicing an isolated room with expediency at a very affordable price.
