I've lived in the Lathrop/Manteca area for the last 14 years. The small town feel (while it lasts) is a great place to raise my two children. I contacted valley pest solutions a few weeks ago in complete distress I have the worst phobia of any bugs and everyone was more than helpful with setting up a time mike initially came out and explained everything to me and what to expect was prompt and very courteous and informative everyone has been great and the piece of mind I have gotten with there help is PRICELESS. We tried to call for a Pest Inspection. The recording said to leave a message, being frustrated I just hung without leaving a message.
About 4 minutes later they CALLED BACK. I told TERRY about our need for a pest inspection, he said they didn't do that but texted me a

David and Terry have been our technicians for about 4 years now. We had briefly stopped service for a short period of time but realized quickly their service did wonders for our property. Super helpful and friendly company! The staff is professional and helpful! Don't hesitate to give them a call. They are quick to come out as soon as you call. They are always accurate and on time when you receive the email when your service is coming up.... They spent there time when serving your residence which that's the problem I had with the other pest control company always in a rush with Valley Pest control they are attention to details......

One day after work, I happen to see a company vehicle & decided to try them out. I started with them in September or late August. I live in a home built in 1940's and we always found it hard to get rid of the spiders on our porch. Since Valley pest came I have not seen one spider on my porch, they actually just came 2 days ago to make sure we were doing ok and to brush up. I am amazed at the professional & attentiveness of the person that comes out. It is contract though, so be prepared to go into contract for a year.

My wife is terrified of bugs of all sorts especially outdoor roaches. Today one was in her office and we use VPS for our home to stay pest free. She made a call, and Terry was out there within 30 minutes to rescue her from the little problem that was there. Not only did he help her he also serviced their office and informed her of why one had entered and what to expect in the next few days. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of assistance be it one time or several they are amazing!

Kyle came out for an estimate. He was professional and very friendly. After he left we talked about the quote and what's included in the 12 month contract. What really sold us was his friendliness, interior/exterior spraying, and killing/getting rid of everything from earwigs, spiders, mice, roaches and more! They really do seem like the one stop shop.

I love this company! I have had no issues with them on anything. They show up as scheduled. I love how they email me an invoice and that I can pay it on line. I realized today, that I can view a full service report on line. No waste of paper and I know exactly what they did. My husband made a reply that there were dead wasps on the ground and whatever they are using is awesome. I went on line and saw that they did a full treatment for wasps. Cross our fingers that we don't have them as bad as last year.

Valley Pest Solutions has taken care of the neighborhood Japanese roach invasion. I have not seen a live bug since they came out to spray our front and back yards. They are as equally response if you have questions about billing, spraying scheduling, or website access. They are well worth the fee that they charge...which is very reasonable.

Great pest control service. I used Clark many, many years ago and had made a request that I be notified a day before service so I could make arrangements to unlock my gate. Every time pest service came without notifying and I was charged full service for half service. Needless to say, that relationship ended quickly. I was hesitant on getting pest service again.
Valley Pest Solutions truly cares about customer service. Terry came out when we initially established service almost 3 years ago. I explained to him how we keep our gate locked and would need to be notified before service is performed
