It is beyond refreshing to finally deal with reliable and trustworthy contractors. We replaced our very old outdated single door with a beautiful 3 panel multi slide. Legendary delivered on time. Jason and Scott were very timely in all our correspondence back and forth, and I was shocked that they installed in only 3 days! The crew was very clean, respectful and again I'm in shock they were able to complete the job on time. Highly recommend!!

This company definitely lives up to their name. Great service from start to end. The wait time was a little extended due to Covid, but that was beyond their control. Excellent communication and follow-up. The new windows and sliding glass door in my son's townhome look fabulous and have really cooled the kitchen down. Thank you to "the Jasons!"

If I could say anything, MOVE ON. There have to be a hundred other crappy companies willing to take your money, ignore your requests, demean you, and then never ever take responsibility for their own mistakes. We ordered a window that Scott himself measured and it never fit! We had to push a lot of other stuff out of the way because of his incompetence. Not a word of apology. The installers were good, but they also agreed on my observations. Save yourself the trouble and try your luck with a different company. The bad reviews on these guys are totally true. My slider and screen have been fixed. 3rd time must be the charm. I really appreciate the persistence in trying to remedy my experience below.
For the amount of money that we paid I would think that we would get a decent slider door. The first door and screen that they installed had deep scratches on the frames. After multiple calls and emails to the company. It took them 2 months to come out and replace both the screen and slider door.
After the second set was installed, the screen was not put on properly and when it was locked you could lift it up and open the screen. The slider

I'm updating my review and upgrading to 4 stars after some time has passed now that I've had some time to enjoy the quality of the work product. Legendary really did a good job and I'm very happy with my French patio doors as well as my windows. My review would have been an easy 5 stars if Scott hadn't ruined the experience at the end there. Now that I've had some time to cool off, I may reconsider using them for some future work I've got lined up because it really would have been an all-around great experience if it weren't for him.

For patio door installation note that you must verify that the door rail will be installed flush to the floor.
in my case they have installed the sliding doors about 2 inch above which create a hazardous step which do not meet to california's safety standards for external sliding door.
other than that the qulity of the installation was leas than reasonable but ended up ok after all.

1/23/21 it's been a couple of years since our installation and I've decided to update my review to 5 stars.
Our windows and sliding glass door has gone through several seasons of rain and typical SoCal weather and done exceptionally well.
I've also referred friends to them. Their work is impeccable and I'm happy I chose them despite some hiccups described in my earlier review.

I called this company on a Monday to schedule an appointment for somebody to come out and give me an estimate to replace windows at my residence. We made the appointment for Thursday at 5 pm. I left work early to be home for the appointment. Nobody showed up and nobody called me. I called the office and left a message asking what happened with my scheduled appointment but the office was closed. I did get a call back later that evening by an apologetic gentleman who explained the scheduling issues. However, they were unable to accommodate another estimate request for the same weekend. Legendary Windows is a five star company! Jason came over to measure and was experienced and knowledgeable. He offered a few variations on what might look great. I took his advice on changing it up a bit and I absolutely love it. The installation crew was very professional. They did impeccable work!! They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous and friendly. Legendary Windows has great prices and a great product. Highly recommend!

Can't speak for their quality as they did not perform work for me. I don't know who they are kidding quoting $5,700 for one exterior door to be installed but that's the quote I received for a pair of standard size French doors. Not to mention I was to perform preparation work prior to them starting. They mostly gouged me on the price of the door which they think costs $3000 with hardware. Not sure who their supplier is but I have a feeling they want to make $1500 just to buy the door for you. I'm not even a contractor and I could find French doors at hd supply for $1,200- with

Legendary was great from start to finish. They responded quickly when I was looking for a quote, followed-up professionally and then kept to their schedule. Their quote was clear and transparent, so I knew exactly what to expect. Best of all the work was outstanding. They replaced two sliders, two bathroom windows and some windows in my family room. Everything looks great and they left the place clean.

I wish that legendary could do all of the construction work on my new home. The process from start to finish was fantastic. I appreciate a business who can do business over emails and phone calls with limited in house reviewing. We had Legendary do all 25 windows in our house, a mix of single hung, single and double casement, and picture windows, as well as replacing 2 large sliding doors with collapsible folding doors. I did quite a bit of research before choosing Legendary Doors & Windows to replace all of the windows in my mother's house. Not a week goes by without my mother saying that she loves her new windows.
