We took a part from our sliding glass door to one stop for replacement. We bought the slider from one stop well over 10 years ago. Mike took the part and worked with the door provider to get a replacement. He was able to get us the replacement which worked perfectly. This is an item that at many stores they would have told us we had to buy a new door. Mike did a great job and was super friendly.

I cannot say enough amazing things about One Stop! From the moment we walked in, we were taken care of. Bertha went out of her way to walk me through all the various options of windows and doors on two different visits. She gave me quotes within hours and was always available and responsive for any question I had, which were plentiful. Got a Dutch door custom made and an Emtek keyless lock from here. The quality of their products is top notch. Joann Z was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond and took her time to walk me through the showroom and made sure I thought about everything I needed. She asked me questions that I didn't think about which helped me avoid any mistakes that could have been made. She provided me with catalogs to help me do some research. She has speedy communication which I really appreciate. Overall she has strong customer service, is very friendly and attentive and cares about her customers

My parents and siblings have had all there windows and doors replaced by One Stop for over 25 years and have always been 100% satisfied with not only the product but the service, but the fantastic customer service I received from Mike today was above and beyond. I was in need of repair on a patio sliding door and contacted the manufacturer. They informed me that I was under warranty but it wouldn't be until Feb that a tech could come out. I went in to One Stop and was fortunate to speak with Mike. He listened to the situation and before I knew it he said give me a sec. He came back with replacement

Hello!! Welcome to one of the best and dedicated windows (and doors) company in the South Bay!!! I had called for a reference on my new home's windows and was looking for basic information on what type of window it was and how to create window treatments for them. I was directed to speak to Mike Silverman, who, initially was ONLY supposed to connect me to the correct personnel. I called and was asked to send a text message, which I was happy to do because I was able to send photos of my windows! Don't waist your time! I tried to engage to buy all new windows for my house and Bertha wouldn't give me the time of day. I was standing in the showroom, mentioned that we were told to ask for Bertha and because we didn't have an appointment, we were told to come back next week and Bertha literally walked away without even saying hello or acknowledging me or my wife. Shocking for a salesperson!
I walked to my car and called Cooks and Learned Lumber. Both responded immediately, were incredibly helpful and clearly wanted my business.
Never again will I attempt to give One Stop business

I had a great experience with One Stop Windows and Doors. I desperately needed a new front door. This never comes at a good time, but it came at the worst time for me! Every email and every phone call was answered, they worked within my budget and, more importantly, worked within my time frame. After the door was professionally installed, I received a phone call from the owner to ask if my experience was a good one. And it certainly was!

From start to finish, the individual who oversaw my two door project (Mike!) was responsive, helpful, and always went out of his way to get things done and make sure they were done to my satisfaction. One stop was great, the organized handling of my new windows was really a refreshing surprise.
I replaced 6 double hung windows with beautiful Marvin casement windows. With the summer heat they ate so muck more efficient than the double hung ones.
The crew who installed them was at my house the whole day, and actually left my house a bit cleaner than before they came.
Richard and his crew were very respectful and professional.

Terrible and unfriendly service. My wife and I went to look at Baldwin door locks & door handles during the limited time we had together (as busy professionals) for our home.
A gray-haired man approached us and informed us we came at an inconvenient time for him (his lunch break) and works by appointment only. He didn't bother asking if we could meet with him at a more convenient time (as I can understand if he had a lunch appointment himself).
So we were left on our own on the 2nd floor showroom to browse by ourselves with no one attending to us. This is a case where they let their

Andrew is great and knows his products well. The doors and windows are excellent.
Lowen sent us a lock for the sliding door with a key so we can lock and unlock it from the outside. Mike was diligent about keeping us posted with the progress on delivery and installation. After all was said and done we love our doors and windows and recommend One Stop doors and windows.
