We first met Ron to discuss remodeling what was a bonus room with duct work and basic framing into a fitness room. We did not really know what we were after in terms of design. Ron stressed that much of his work is for out of town owners, so he had no issue with our lack of specific direction. He worked independently, keeping us aware of his progress. Then, on schedule, we had the big "unveiling" and it was unreal. We LOVE what he did and it's amazing he made use of so many practical, yet visually pleasing design elements based on so LITTLE direction from us. We trust him, he did a fantastic job

We met Ron at the Sisters Harvest Fair last fall. We were happy when he was able to schedule our small project of refacing our bathroom vanity, building a matching medicine cabinet, and fabricating a new counter top. Ron was a pleasure to work with. He's a craftsman and we love the barn wood he choose. He even gave us photos of the barn it came from. We started as strangers and finished as friends.

Wow!!! Ron sets the bar for best experience ever with a contractor. We purchased a vacation home in Sunriver and walked through it together with Ron, decribing our vision and leaning on his expertise. We love that he approaches his business as a partnership with the client, offering design, material and labor options. Ron always shares the pros/cons for an informed decision and is extremely communicative so we always knew how things were tracking. We cannot recommend Ron enough. He remodeled our two (and one half) bathrooms, and we love the result. He gave us a reasonable quote and was conscientious about sticking to it. The guys he brought in (for plumbing, tiling etc) were excellent and—like everyone Ron works with—genuinely pleasant and thoughtful. Beyond his evident craftsmanship, we also valued Ron for his aesthetic knowledge and instinct. This was very important as our bathrooms were especially challenging in size and architectural design. Our new home had an eyesore of a fireplace, with a giant cabinet above it for a cathode-ray television. It was the first thing you’d see when you walked in the house. Ron transformed it into a beautiful, distinctive, eye-catching piece that perfectly fits the space. Undoubtedly, it added huge value to the home, and it was done very quickly and professionally. I know there are a lot of horror stories about contractors out there, but Ron will restore your faith. We felt like we won the lottery with him.

Ron was the only one that could have built our "stairs" up to our loft in a creative and safe way. The result blended perfectly with our space and everyone loves the result. Ron builds with detail and thought beyond your imagination. He worked on the job when we weren't there and treated our place like it was his own. I will definitely use him again. Ron was recommended to us for our recent home remodel. We had just purchased the home and it was in need of updating. Ron took on the project and transformed our home into something more beautiful than we had even imagined. Ron completely remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms, and installed new flooring throughout. Ron Brown is simply an amazing contractor/building designer. He has done some beautiful work in our home in Bend, Oregon and we loved it so much we want to fly him to Houston, Texas to do work on our main home. I would highly highly recommend him. Thanks to Ron we now have a beautiful front porch!! I could not believe the transformation...this was quite a mess and it is now completely renovated. The pride in workmanship really shows, he and his right hand man Taylor are the best in my book and a pleasure to work with. Ron Brown has my highest possible recommendation. We bought a log home in Bend, with the plan of making minor improvements. After meeting Ron, we felt comfortable putting the job in his hands, and we couldn't have made a better decision. We purchased a condo in Bend that needed some artistic renovations. Since we don't live in Bend, we were a bit nervous about finding a good, reliable contractor. We saw Ron on Yelp and reached out. He returned my call immediately which we really appreciated and in talking to him, I felt totally at ease and knew he was the right person for the project. Ron was hired to do remodeling work in my bathroom. He did an amazing job. He was always there when he said he would be, always on time. He made sure before he left the work area was cleaned up. He was friendly and professional. You could tell he took great pride in his work as he was always making sure that everything was to my satisfaction. I had fire damage to the outside of my house, Ron was able to save the wood and gutter (I thought had to be replaced for sure). He recycled some materials he had which saved me money. My house now looks like nothing happened! A huge relief for my husband and I! Ron is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable & kept me informed. I will use him for all my projects.
