We interviewed three local designers before selecting Heidi of Society West Design for our home remodel (kitchen, living, dining, and powder rooms.) We connected with her from the start and always felt we could have comfortable, candid conversations with her. She quickly understood our objectives, and was conscious of our budget in providing design choices that reflected our tastes. She also knew contractors who could implement the design she helped us create, which was critical because local contractors are currently in high demand. My husband and I agree that one of our most rewarding experiences in 2019 was coming into contact with Heidi. She had the nicest way of getting to know us and the vision we have for our home, and she brought a focus to our flooring project that we desperately needed. With so many options, her guidance was invaluable and we couldn't be happier with the results or her contractors. We met her at the end of summer and our project was finished the first part of October, on time and on budget. Heidi has been absolutely fantastic! We are getting our entire interior repainted including all cabinets and trim. We were in a bit of a bind because we waited too long to select our colors and weren't totally pleased with the first interior design consultants suggested palette. We reached out to Heidi for a second opinion and she saved us! She's been super responsive and really understands our vision. We couldn't be more happy to have found her and look forward to working with her on future design projects in our house.

I met Heidi a year ago when I was struggling to choose new flooring. I thought I found something I liked, but lacked confidence that it would look good with the style of the house. My husband and I hired Heidi for a new build in Caldera Springs. We live out of town and have entrusted her with lot's of decisions. She is amazing. While always professional, she is also really fun to work with. Her network of other craftsman is amazing. Building a new home from scratch can be overwhelming, but Heidi makes it a bit easier and takes a lot of the stress out of it. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is doing any new build to guide you through the process. Her detail to color and style is wonderful while always listening to your wants.

Heidi is professional, easy to talk to, intuitive, and such a wonderful pleasure to work with. She was incredibly helpful picking out all the paint colors for my new house, taking into consideration my taste and likes. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

We were in the middle of an extensive remodel when we met Heidi.
That chance meeting was like winning the decision making lottery. Heidi's experience, and skill became very apparent as she patiently guided us through the mountain of design decisions we were facing; tile, paint, counter tops, flooring, and the list goes on.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Heidi. With multiple daunting design decisions to make, she made the task of choosing decorator elements so easy and fun. We are having a house built in Bend, Oregon. The builder offered us two hours of design consultation with Byrnes Design Group which is how we came to know Heidi. We were very impressed with the design work she had done on the model homes in the development and we wanted something similar.
