I was completely backed up in my septic tanks when I called for assistance. They were booked for services but they found away to fit me in and was at my house within an hour of my calling. We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit. Brighteyes Septic is the best! They pumped out our septic last week within the same day of calling. The gentlemen that performed the work were friendly and worked extremely hard. The office personnel were just as friendly and explained to us the charges in advance.

I called Brighteye’s from across the country, looking to hire a company to pump a septic tank for a family in financial need. Mike went above and beyond my expectations. I had never been to the house and couldn’t provide any info about the existing septic system. Mike went to work immediately using county records and satellite imagery to determine what type and size of system we were working with. He quoted me a fair price and promptly dispatched a professional technician. They were on site in less than 30 minutes! The final cost was exactly what was quoted and the service was top notch. Horrible experience with this company. We had them come out for a standard tank maintenance clean out...no issues ever with this system, but we had not had it drained in several years. They said the system was working well, we paid over $600 and they left.
Noticed a gurgling puddle of sewage a couple of days afterward when walking in the area. Called them back out--and they have said that we must have issues with sprinkler heads. Or sensor. Conflicting information from technician and the owner was very rude when my husband called afterward --saying he can tell that our heads are not working
