We had had a bad storm blow through and knocked out the Aerobic panel and system. Had back flow in the shower and bathroom. I called around trying to get a company to come out and clean the tanks and I was told that it would be Monday. I got ahold of Allied and spoke with Angela and she came out Sunday night and cleaned out my three tanks. She was very informative and professional. They did an outstanding job. They of course have to come back and replace the panel the pump. The only thing I would request is that the guy that works with Angela slow down when he is talking and let the customer respond

Ms.Angel the owner was incredibly Awesome! She spent almost an hour helping me troubleshoot my issues over the phone without any sort of financial obligation. It seems that I’ll be able to resolve my issues myself, but I will definitely be using her services for ongoing maintenance and as my official North Cleveland Sceptic Service provider!

We moved to the area 2 years ago, and the previous owners of this home had a contract with a different company, who were so bad that when they wired the electrical panel for the aerobic septic system, their own tech was hit with the electrical charge because they wired it wrong. Fortunately, we found Allied, and Angel and her crews have always done right by us. They fixed the other company’s shoddy work, helped reroute things before we had a pool installed, discovered a second tank we had no idea existed on our property, and most recently, upgraded our system for us, as our first two stage tanks

This person came to make my tanks on June 18 in my uninhabited house and I live far away, so I sent my family to pay my work for me and my family paid and retired due to his work, we do not expect to see what Angel and his company did His work for trusting him and unfortunately he did not do the job for us yesterday we found out and I told him and I sent him messages and he told me that he was not going to do any work or return the money, he only stole the little money that he had, don't trust him They are desoneatas people, I have a payment and photographs of the tank that they made according

Hired Allied Septic due too standing water above the tanks. 2/29/21
Allied came and looked at the outlet and advised of total system failure, although I could use my plumbing fine. quoted me upward of $4500 dollars to hydro jet my outlet lines claiming a cost of 35/foot. As well as cost of pumping two 500GL tanks.
When I told Owner this was too expensive and not affordable she became pushy and lowered the price to $3500. When I told her this was still too expensive she started to look for something worth of value to barter. Which would equal the requested quote.
After guaranteeing that the system

I am surprised by some of these reviews as we had a great experience!
This company was recommended on the nextdoor app several times. I called and inquired about services 3 weeks ago. I spoke to Angel and she was very responsive and had answers to my many questions. I mentioned I was shopping around and she said she would match any deal. Well, she did!! Plus she gave us a year supply of enzymes. Dishonest. Doesn't show up for appointments. I have had a few people come out for estimates since Allied technician came out and all of them said there is absolutely no way they pumped 2000 gallons like I was charged for, but at the time we had no idea about septic so we had hired him to come back and repair our system. The first appointment, no call no show. After calling the office multiple times I learned there was a family emergency and decided to let it go and reschedule. Second appointment, same thing.
