I moved into my newly built home in the Newport News area a few months ago, BT cabinets supplied the cabinetry in the community but myself and other neighbors have received damaged cabinets. This was reported when we moved in and my cabinets are in which is what Rich from there company has stated but no one has called to schedule to replace these damages cabinets. it's been over 2months and I called today (Memorial Day) to leave a message for Rich but he ended up beeping me in and when I answered he had a major attitude and stated the obvious that it was Memorial Day. The team at BT Cabinets are AWESOME and it's been a pleasure doing business. Kevin, Carey, and Rich are great to work with. Kevin and his crew were a delight to work with, from the design phase, through the demolition and construction, and didn't stop until all the little bits were done, perfectly. They have even come back to check on things, without a request by us, multiple times to ensure everything was still perfect. Can't give 6 stars so will stick with 5.
