Strung me along for months, starting in early March, when I was trying to get a lawn replacement done. Prior owner of my home neglected the yard badly and the whole thing very obviously needed redone.
Connected clear back on March 6, got an estimate for the back yard only despite asking for whole yard. I'm still waiting for them to get the job they quoted me for done.
First it was, oh, it's too early to put down sod, it'll die. We should plant in late April. We also won't know if your front yard needs replaced until the grass has had more time to grow. How he could conclude

I have used London Lawns for over 3 years. They have been nothing but professional in all my dealings with them.
Alec, the owner, is very responsive to any questions and concerns and his crews and very friendly and helpful if you have any questions or concerns.
The most important thing is they are dependable. So many landscapers lack dependability. Show when they want, and won’t follow up when they miss. London Lawns is very dependable and I can set my clock to their Tuesday visit. IF a day is missed for weather conditions, I know they will be out a day or so later to make up for it.

The guys over at London Lawns & Landscaping did an incredible job with suggesting how we could manage landscaping issues on the side of the house that got some foundation repair on. We absolutely love these guys - been using them for regular lawn maintenance for a few years, and also had them complete a landscape refresh in several ornamental beds for us. Their pricing is among the most competitive in town, and in addition to the high quality work they have done for us, everyone from management to the individual lawn care techs have been very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend London Lawns for those looking for a long-term solution to their yard.

We had a great experience with London Lawns. Alec and his crew were extremely nice, professional and communicative. We had an overgrown side yard that they cleared out and laid crushed rock over and it looks a thousand times better. They also cleared and laid rock in our front flower beds along with new siding for the beds and it looks great. Alec and his crew delivered as promised, and even went beyond what was asked. I will definitely use London Lawns again in the future for our landscaping needs.

London Lawns has been a perfect lawn service for us, the crew is always professional and polite and the yard looks fantastic. In addition to the weekly mowing, trimming, and edging, they also ensure that any low hanging branches on trees are trimmed. They treat the yard as if they were manicuring it for themselves. We highly recommend this lawn service!

I had a great experience working with London Lawns and Landscaping. I had a patio installed and drainage pipes run underground. The whole process was great with excellent communication and experienced recommendations on the design and materials. The cost was very reasonable. We needed St. Augustine sod in our front yard in some areas that were basically dirt due to lack of sun. We trimmed the trees and I began looking for someone for the job. London Lawns was amazing - they came out and looked at the yard and gave us the absolute best quote out of the 5 companies I had contacted. I really appreciate the service I received on a smaller job. The communication with Alec (the owner) was EXCELLENT. The work was excellent - did a fantastic job of placing the grass around large trees with above ground roots. HIGHLY recommend them!!

There are no shortage of lawn maintenance companies in the metroplex, offering their services. What sets Alec and London Lawns apart is his reliability and follow up. Anytime I've had a question, or needed to change, he follows up promptly and it is done. His team does a great job and are very approachable when at the house, if I need something tweaked, they handle it.
Very happy with the service and I have no problem throwing away the numerous lawn care cards I receive daily from other companies, I'm sticking with London Lawns

We were recommended London Lawns by several neighbors, and so glad we used them. They were on time and the quality of their job was excellent. I had London Lawns ever since I moved into my condo in 2005. The first 5 years were fine and I was pleased, except for the occasional stepping on my plants and breaking my garden sculptures. Then the work became mundane and it became like the workers were on a 3-minute timer system. My shrubberies were barely getting topped off and the… professional trimming and shaping was gone. We have been using Alec and his crew(s) for over 10 years. They have always been very dependable, reasonable and professional. We have appreciated the extra services like providing extra mulch when needed, sprinkler checks or repairs and mosquito control. The London Lawn guys are great and really nice guys.
They are very conscientious; they do what they say and say what they do!
My neighbor had them install a whole sprinkler system, she was very pleased. On her referral, I had them repair my sprinkler system. Now it works.
