Phenomenal experience with Hayden and his team! We couldn’t be happier with the results and are blown away at how fast the transformation of our front yard was. Everyone working on our project was so kind, thorough and paid attention to all the small details. We are so pleased with the entire experience from start to finish and are SO glad we hired with Alterra. 12/10 recommend.

The entire experience could not have been better. From the initial conversation through project completion I received the utmost in customer service. All phone calls were returned promptly and matters were attended to seamlessly and in a timely manner. Any issues that did arise, albeit there were very few and very minor, were handled swiftly and professionally. They never made me feel as though I was being "nit picky", but rather welcomed the feedback and made sure all the work was done with a high level of precision. Every single person that ever came to perform work was extremely polite and respectful

Alterra blew all other landscape designers out of the water. Communication, flexibility, design options, responsiveness: no one was close.
We had existing patio removed and Jeff designed a replacement and extended sitting area using pavers that are outstanding.
We had a few design challenges and Jeff and Hugo (crew chief) were able to resolve them and look great.
Hugo and his crew perform quality work with dedication to perfection.
I certainly recommend Alterra.

We LOVE the backyard living space that Jeff and Alterra Landscape Designs created for us! We highly recommend them. Jeff listened to what we wanted to accomplish then created an amazing and flexible plan specifically for us. His advice and direction were key as we are new to Texas and had no idea what materials work best here. We plan on adding even more to the plan next year.

Jeff and his crew were so accommodating and flexible. The best part of the process is that they will set all the plants (still in the pots) in place per the design so you can make changes before anything gets planted. It's hard to tell how plant heights, spacing, and colors are going to work until you see it in place. We made several changes at this stage and they were so patient and accommodating. They really want you to LOVE your landscape. It was the easiest home improvement project I've ever done. will definitely use them again.

Jeffery Riddle from Alterra Landscape Design was a pleasure to work with. We recently built a pergola, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and upgraded landscaping in our back yard. Jeff and his team did an awesome job with our backyard remodel. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get a major project like that completed so fast. New flagstone patio, custom concrete pavers, river rock boarder, mulch around the play ground, and AstroTurf all in two weeks. We are so happy with our new space!
