A/C broke and was planning to replace the whole system as it of age (all the neighbors are replacing theirs). They came out to give me a quote, and unlike the other contractors they fixed the problem on the spot for a nominal/minimal fee without me asking them to as I was ready for a full replacement.

I was very happy and satisfied with the quote and install phase. One year after install my system has failed twice. first issue with the system was a faulty thermostat. That was replaced with a lesser unit than was installed initially. This was supposed to be a temporary fix, but no follow up service was scheduled to replace the temporary thermostat. Second system failure was diagnoses as a gas valve failure. However after inspection the gas valve was fine and it seems to be a computer diagnostic error. The system was re-set and quickly began working again. I was then told there would be a $149

Very prompt. Very professional. The technician also didn't let me waste $1000 on service that wasn't necessary (duct cleaning). Instead he recommended an air scrubber that would work much better for my situation. I will definitely use these guys again.

Our heat was not coming on during the last 3 cold nights. I called Gator Air and they sent out a crew the same day. The guys were positive and helpful and finished the job in a short time. I like how Gator Air has always taken good care of me when I need them.

They serviced my dryer vent and duct. They completed the entire cleaning/testing process that was advertised on their website. They were professional, friendly, neat, clean, and quick. They also arrived 5 minutes early to the scheduled service window. They were also much more cost effective than 3 other local competitors. I would highly recommend their services.

These guys are fantastic. They make prompt appointments. They arrive on time. They're friendly and communicative on what they're doing and what they recommend.
I had AC service and new unit install through them, and it was a great experience. I will absolutely continue to use them for as long as I'm in the Gainesville area.

We called Gator air and energy to fix a problem with our AC unit. They were able to come the very next day and quickly fixed our issue at a low cost. At no point did we feel pressured or that we were being taken advantage of. Dean was very knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. I would definitely recommend!!

We called this business on a Saturday afternoon because of A/C not cooling. The phone was answered immediately, and we were told a technician would call us back right away to see about coming out. Within minutes, the phone rang, and after telling the technician (Lee) what was happening, he said he would be at the house within the hour.
Lee arrived within the hour, and quickly figured out the problem. Replaced the capacitor and everything is working beautifully! Thanks Lee and Gator Air!
$80 emergency service call fee with a 2-hour minimum. $40 part.
