Alfred and his team came to our house this week to install new heating & air. They were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and on time. Alfred was awesome! My AC quit blowing cool air last night during our heatwave and it was MISERABLE night. First thing in the morning i called at 8:00 and he was here by 10:30....two hours earlier than anticipated because all his morning jobs went smoothly. He diagnosed the problem, had the part (capacitor) on his truck and checked the rest of the system for any leaks and issues. Quick, efficient, honest and reasonable. What more could you ask for!? Thank you Alfred!!

Highly recommended! Alfred was very responsive, no nonsense, and honest. Installed new central air in our 57 year old house that previously only had heat in one day, and even repaired a loose 2x4 in our attic for no charge. He went the extra mile for sure, left things in better shape than when he arrived. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Alfred came out to look at my AC unit on two separate occasions. Each time, he was so incredibly polite and professional. I really appreciated his honesty about my AC system and what I needed. He did not over sell me or do any unnecessary services. I know nothing about AC units/systems and I am relieved to be working with someone who is so helpful and kind. Great company! Alfred came to do an air conditioner service check on a unit that had not been serviced in 15 years. He was on time, informed me of all the things he saw & what might need to be replaced in the future. His fee was very fair & reasonable. He did not try to upsell anything! My unit is working fine and the one part that may need to be replaced could be done within a day of calling. Alfred was also very clean & respectful of having to walk through my home in work boots. I have had him replace my furnace in the past & he is the only one I will call when in need

We’re so happy we had AMP Heating and Air Conditioning replace our old tired furnace and AC unit. What a difference!! Alfred was so helpful in the process. He answered all of our questions and gave us options without any hard press, which we really appreciate. He arrived on time, finished early, and he and his crew were very respectful of our home...laying down protective coverings through the house wherever they needed to bring in equipment. Every year for past few years we've thought this is time we will have to invest in new systems. After being quoted THOUSANDS of dollars from others, then came Alfred from AMP (which came highly recommended by neighbor) Let me just say, He was efficient, honest and fixed our system hundreds! No upsell, just real answers. And he even guaranteed the work that IF it should go out he will put half our monies to new system. What more could I ask for!!!

I can't say enough great things about Alfred with AMP. He has come out twice now to work on my AC. Both times, I was very impressed by his timeliness and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my AC very quickly. He could have told me that I needed a new unit, how would I know any better, but he only fixed what was broken. His pricing is very, very honest, and fair. I would absolutely recommend him for your HVAC needs.

I highly recommend AMP. Alfred took his time to explain what had to be repaired or replaced on our air conditioning unit. He could have just sold me a whole new 8 thousand dollar system, but he made my 20 yr old unit work like new. Call him

I cannot say enough good things about AMP. Al came out to my house on a weekend (he fit me in last minute) because my air conditioner decided to stop working on an extremely hot Saturday. He checked everything and was able to find and fix the problem fairly quickly. I highly recommend AMP, they are professional and good at what they do.

Alfred at AMP is AWESOME and he definitely exceeded my expectations! First, he arrived punctually at the time he promised. He provided a courtesy call to let us know in advance that he was on his way. When he got here he thoroughly inspected our AC system and furnace and listed the items that needed to be fixed and replaced. In addition, he also went into details of why each item needed to be replaced. Alfred was great! On a Saturday he came out last minute and squeezed in our call taking care of my AC condenser that was out. AC unit stopped working in 98 degree heat (of course), saw the AMP ad in Sentry and called. Alfred answered and even though busy, he squeezed in a service call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair (better than the original so that it will not happen again). He answered all my questions, very open and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Alfred, and he will be the first I call in the future.

Alfred at AMP Heating and Air is very professional, honest and punctual. I have 4 AC units and thought for sure that they were going to need substantial repair or replacement. Alfred came out on 24 hours notice. He was incredibly honest, he did the necessary maintenance work and told me that general service and some Freon was all I needed for now and not to be concerned. He said we would just monitor it year over year and not spend money for replacement units until we have to. I would recommend Alfred and AMP to anyone who needs HVAC work done.
