I highly recommend Matt from Semper Fi Air. He checked out our A/C and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He gave us good information on what to watch out for and what was normal maintenance. He was personable and showed up when he said, with a call to let us know he was coming. Charge was very reasonable.

Can't say enough good things about Semper Fi Air. Matt is one of the nicest, hardest working people I've had the pleasure to hire. Just had a new air conditioner installed, we also had him replace our furnace a few months ago. Always does a great job, is reliable, keeps the job site very clean during and after. On this hot summer day, our A/C unit suddenly stopped working. I called Matt and he was at our house within a couple of hours. He was super nice, fixed our air quickly, and was reasonably priced. Matt and his exceptional crew did an amazing job of installing a new air conditioning unit in my office. Our air compressor blew up last week and we suffered working on our patients last week. Matt was booked for a couple weeks but he squeezed us into his schedule yesterday. It was a challenging installation because the AC is on the roof and a crane was needed. Needless to say Matt was on top of everything. Our existing electrical wiring was screwed up but he came up with a creative solution that worked. Along with the surprise of getting a larger unit than expected and many other intricate details

Matt and his team are amazing! What a great experience. I didn't have space in my attic for regular ac ducts system. Matt recommended a mini split system for my home. The price was unbeatable. I haven't written a review in quite some time, but I had to write one for Matt. Our heater went out a couple weeks ago, but my family was able to endure the "freezing" SoCal winter nights for a while. Finally, they'd had enough. I found Semper Fi Air on Yelp the other day, and Matt came out the next day (NYE) and got us up and running in no time. Extremely courteous and professional, you could tell he was someone you could trust within a few minutes. He's the type of person you wish could do it all just to make your life easier (ie plumbing, electrical, auto repair, etc

Hi, our main heater vent started blowing out insulation thanksgiving morning. Semper Fi responded quickly and sent their foreman,Juan, to check it out.
He was able to go under the house,( we r on a raised foundation,) and saw that a rat had chewed thru the insulation and a vent was disconnected.
He took pictures and showed me what it looked like. He fixed the insulation and reattached the vent.
We ate very grateful for his prompt service; energy and expertise. He explained each step of the process and cleaned everything up.
Will definitely call Semper Fi for any heating issues, thank U!

A follow up phone call by you or a staff member of Semper Fi Air on a quote would have been nice or the proper process to a customer experience follow up.
Just another reason why I do not and would not recommend Semper Fi Air.

Highly responsive, professional, ethical, and effective are how my husband and I would describe Matt and his team at Semper Fi Air. Our antiquated AC died the week before last during a heat wave. I had many recommendations but Matt stood out from the rest with his willingness to go above and beyond despite his extremely busy schedule. Semper Fi Air gets five stars because they are punctual, honest, and did I mention HONEST?! Matt was extremely helpful in explaining everything I asked about. He laid out all my options INCLUDING the cheapest one which is something the other guys I had called failed to do. I wound up spending about $500 instead of the $12,000+ the other (top rated) company recommended. I learned a lot from this A/C service experience, most importantly, the majority of the companies seem to want to sell you the brand new system and usually a bigger system than you need. Semper Fi Air was able to come out earlier than any other company I received quotes from to test and fix a leak in a very old AC unit. Matt was able to handle a curve ball when it turned out the poor design of the unit meant he had to find a work-around to be able to properly get the sealant into the system and repair the leak.
Leak diagnosed, fixed in a timely manner, all for a very good price. He even replaced two worthless old valve caps with new contractor-only locking caps to prevent tampering. On his way out a neighbor asked for his card and I took an extra one myself to pass along a recommendation

This would be a 5 Star. I used them because my dad was a 24 year Marine and the service was to done at my mom's house. They were prompt and nice.
The reason for this rating. I need a receipt from them in order for my 88 year old mother to get her $225 rebate from So Cal Gas. I've reached out to them 3 times since Jan 21, '19 to get a receipt. I have not received any response.

Matt completed a quick, simple installation of a pretty large system. It involved a 36000 btu unit with wall mounts on three different rooms.
Him and his crew were in, and out in about two days at a cost that was extremely reasonable. I took care not to make much of a mess and cleaned up everything that might have been caused by him.
Now we have cold air in areas that we never knew could get that cold, and our baby will enjoy the fruits of his labor. Thank you Matt for both your honestly and reliability.

Matt is one of the most delightful and inspirational men that has ever come to my home! I really mean that and can not genuinely express enough about what a treat it was for him to be the person to fix our 20+-year-old AC unit as the temperature soared to 90+ inside.
The price was fair and Matt was at my house even earlier than estimated. I almost can't wait for my unit to truly die so I can have him install the new one! You can not go wrong and I hope Semper Fi Air thrives for many years to come.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Matt. Our A/C died suddenly and we were desperate to get it fixed as we have a baby in the house, called Matt and he said he can make it by 9PM. We asked if he can make it sooner and he tried his best and was there 30 minutes early. After troubleshooting the problem for a few minutes he found the root cause and got things up & running.
The thing that stands out is his honesty, this is a person that you want to do business with and recommend to others. He could clearly see that I'm not an HVAC expert and could've easily charged us for parts

Last night as we hit record temperatures, our air conditioner died. I looked on Yelp and noticed that this company not only had 5-star reviews, but that they were still working at 9:15 in the evening. I called, they gave me a window of 11am-1pm for the next morning, and promised to call before coming so we wouldn't be sitting around waiting.
