I'm very happy with our Napoleon Gas Fireplace from Ocean Stone & Fireplace. Eddie and Victoria do great work. We had an issue shortly after install with the flame, and Eddie was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the problem right away and we enjoyed the unit nearly every night of the remainder of the winter.

BUYER BEWARE! I was really hoping this place wasn't a scam; unfortunately I was wrong. When they say it's too good to be true, they're referring this shady business. Victoria took $1,800.00 of our hard earned money and then wanted more upon installation. Instead of coming out to the house before installation to ensure the fireplace is ready for the gas insert, Joseph demanded more money when the installers rescheduled. When we didn't give into his extortion, he refused to finish the job & still has my money.

Joseph, the owner, is a terrible human being. From his lack of respect to his stubborn attitude, I was astonished by how demeaning he could be. His company is not professional & didn't come to evaluate my fireplace ahead of time. I added the gas line the best I could but his installation guy looked at it and said it was wrong. When I called to reschedule a time for delivery, Joseph demanded more money. He has my 50% depost and is now refusing to install the gas insert I've waited over 2 weeks for. Never shopping here again. Beware of Victoria, the salesperson, too! She'll sweet
