Everyone at Sleepy Hollow is knowledgeable and kind. No question was ever too silly. Ray showed us around the showroom and answered all our questions, both in the store and at our house. He spent time discussing our situation and explained all our options clearly. Mike and Joe were very professional and neat on the installation. We highly recommend this company!

The people at Sleepy Hollow did a great job of installing my gas insert. They were prompt, clean and polite throughout. The office communicated very well and were very understanding and patient with a mistake I made.
