For over forty years, Jetmore Fireplace and Barbecue has been serving the homeowners and residents of Long Island. From humble beginnings we've grown to be the largest independently owned barbecue and fireplace center on Long Island. Ben and Theresa Ragucci opened Jetmore Fireplace Center in 1971. The small store in Wantagh, NY at first only carried fireplaces, enclosures, and accessories, but its real specialty was amazing customer service.

The sales person "Cris" that helped us was terrific and spent a lot of time with us .someone is going to come to our house to measure the fireplace opening to custom fit the door and screen for the fireplace. I highly recommend them. They have a great selection of bar b ques and grilling utensils.

Bought a Lopi wood burning fireplace insert from Jetmore and had it installed in March. The insert was back ordered but Jetmore kept me updated with the factory delays. Fair price for installation and Eric the tech was awesome to work with, he even came twice beforehand to look at the fireplace being rebuilt to make sure it would fit before we ordered it. Insert works great and heated the whole house the few times we used it before spring. Looking forward to this winter, thanks Jetmore!

I had a service call performed by a Jetmore technician for a non working Weber grill. I couldn't be happier with the service. He quickly figured out the issue, changed a part and then did a through maintenance. Hamburgers tonight. And the price was reasonable too.

I went in to purchase "lava/grill rocks" for a grill I purchased at a garage sale. Young man who was the salesman asked me what brand of grill I had. I said, "really a no name brand, Brinkman." He said some grills have lava stones & some don't. He asked me the style of burner covers I had; then informed me I dont need the stones based on my answer. No pressure to buy a grill. Highly recommned not, yes not, using this store. wasted 6 weeks with larry who came to my house and measured for a drop in bbq, had to call many times with no call backs. went to the store three times and repeatedly told by larry he was working on it. now 7 weeks later still nothing from larry. very very disappointed seems my purchase was not large enough nor important enough to get his attention. beware!

Great buying experience from everybody I came in contact with. Connor and Giancarlo were very pleasant and knew their products. After in store purchase (good price) , I went and picked up my new MHP grill. The two fellows in the warehouse were equally as pleasant and helpful.. Great place!

Bought a brand new Weber from them, our third grill from jetmore, and asked for a discount on the first tank refill. We were nastily refused. After spending $600 plus three times over the last decade and getting all our refills from them they didn’t value our business enough to maybe save $20? Definitely not customer friendly or appreciative of your business. We found a guy who delivers replacement tanks for the same price and is courteous and much more appreciate. Next grill will not be from Jetmore. Refills will definitely be from the delivery guy.

I’m very happy with the level of service I have received from Larry at Jetmore so far. I own a Weber Summit grill that needed some parts replaced. Over all a fantastic grill that I enjoy almost all year long but some of the igniters started not functioning properly and Jetmore has communicated with Weber and made the process very easy. The pandemic understandably slowed down the process a little but I completely understand and look forward to being a customer for years to come. The reason we are not completed yet is they discovered another problem when replacing some parts and now We are waiting

Awesome service. From the cheerful "hello" over the phone to our entry into the covid safe showroom it is was positive experience. Extremely knowledgeable and eager to assist. Not pushy... I bought a line for my old BBQ propane tank and was told to bring it back at my convenience if it didn't work out. We learned quite a bit about the newer systems and never once did we feel rushed or a bother. Thank you. We will definitely buy our next BBQ from Jetmore

The reason for my two stars is not for the customer service but the up charge on most items. I understand the fact that they have overhead costs and expenses related running an establishment but they are 2 or 3 times more what you would pay for online:

I recently had purchased a BBQ grill accessory and the original item was 1/2 inch on/off ball switch and had to either change out the gas line from the grill side to make it compatible, so I called Jetmore for a 12ft hose their price $120, the same at Amazon $36.00. So i decided to use a step down adapter to make it smaller from the gas line and

Called for service appointment, was told technician would be at my place between 12-3. By 215 the tech hadnt arrived, so I called Jetmore for an update. They put me on hold and called the tech, he didnt answer. By 330 the tech still hadnt gotten to my place. I called Jetmore and spoke to Larry, a manager. Larry tried to contact the tech with no luck. Larrys only solution to the issue was " I dont know what to tell you". I am taking my business elsewhere and suggest you all do the same.

I love this place. I got my grill here. Just initially walking in, everyone who works there immediately asks if you need help. They actually stop mid conversation with their coworkers to see if you need something. I rarely find this happening at any establishment, you generally go ignored until the single guy who's already busy with a customer is finished. Also, they are not only helpful but they seem happy to help. They offer suggestions, they ask questions to better provide you with what you need and also remembered my face through the summer whenever I came back. A cool place for people

All of a sudden the middle burner tube on my Weber Grill, refused to flame on. I tried to find the proper replacement at one of the big box stores and didn't​ feel comfortable with the information I​ received​.
Went to Jetmore, even though​ I knew I might spend a little more than I would at the big stores. The counter guy found the serial number and handed me the three-piece​ burner tube assembly in five minutes. Sometimes​ you get what you pay for.
He must have seen the panic in my eyes and said they could service the grill at the store or they had service people​ who would

I work in the area and never walked in to this place until passing it for about 2 years daily. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, Bobby helped me out and he was very knowledgeable, his customer service was 5 stars, he took the time out to educate on things I didn't know while walking me through the store without knowing whether I was gonna make a purchase, I was offered free assembly as well. Some reviews say they overcharge on accessories but that's not why they are here, price on actual grills are fair are for most part same as the manufacturer, mine was 100 dollars less that

They have some great selections, but they "way overcharge" for parts and their whole pitch is to "up-sell" to a whole new BBQ. I totally understand everyone needs to make money, but all I needed was less than $72 in parts that they wanted to charge $215. Found exactly what I needed on Amazon. They also tried to make me feel stupid for buying parts instead of buying a new BBQ altogether. Didn't work. For only $72 I can keep my Kenmore another 8 years I bet.

Bought my last grill from here 17 years ago. They provided great service then, and this time too. Grills have changed a LOT over the past 17 years. I was overwhelmed with choices and information. Bobby at this place was so kind and patient with me, no pressure, very knowedgeable about every single aspect of every grill, genuinely concerned that i ended up with the right grill, not necessarily the most expensive. There is a wide variety of grills here. Prices were slightly higher than what you would pay online somewhere else, but who cares- you cannot beat the service you will get at this place

For Memorial day weekend we purchased over $100.00 in beef and ground it down to make custom blend hamburgers on my Weber grill. We had my family over for a nice relaxing day off that I was very much looking forward to. Over this past winter season I purchased a new gas regulator from Jetmore because the last one was giving me problems. This was the third new regulator that they have sold me because they keep failing. They make them in-house and they assured me that this one was a little better and would not give me any problems. Outstanding service from start to finish!!!

I was looking for a wood burning stove, but wanted to make sure the company I chose would be able to provide a high quality installation for my home. Not being impressed with many companies in Suffolk county, I decided to branch out to Nassau, even though I live out east.

We found Jetmore online and gave them a call. I was really really impressed with Larry who came over our house and gave us a detailed analysis of where we can put the unit and was extremely flexible and understanding to our needs and requirements.

This place is great. If you need a grill, come here. Don't go to Lowes, Ace, or Home Depot. The guys that work here are extremely knowledgable and helpful, unless you catch someone on the wrong day at the wrong time.

I do not know if they work on commission, but they've never come off as pushy. They do AMAZING work as well if installing islands, etc. The price of propane, not exactly the cheapest, but what you going to do. They have a bunch of other things as well, hot sauces, bbq sauces, parts, fire pits (sometimes), etc etc.

Anything bbq related, come here.

The afternoon before Memorial Day, my husband decided to make some sausages on our 3 year old Weber grill. After he finished, he closed the cover, as he had always done to clean it. About 10 minutes later, the entire barbecue was smoking and the knobs on the control panel were completely melted into the metal. Well, to put it mildly, there went our Memorial Day barbecue!!
